Ridiculously expensive

I don't get this place. Maybe there's some magic pixie dust they use to clean clothes, but it is crazy expensive. And my experience was consistent with that of the other reviewers on this site. I had a problem with my order and the staff was rude and combattive. I will not be returning, even though I live a short walk from there. Know before you go-- they charge $3.50 to launder a men's shirt!
Pros: Great way to reduce the thickness of your wallet
Cons: No money left to buy food
