Tiffany Hardwick Gets It Right EVERY Time!!

Tiffany really listened to what I wanted and then asked questions (like how long do I take to style my hair in the mornings), and then suggested what she thought would be best. She was right on target with the color and cut/style. From now on I'm just going to tell her to do what she wants. Watching her finishing up an updo before my appt. has me looking forward to the holiday parties. I'm scheduling Tiffany as soon as I get my first Christmas party invitation, and I have her scheduled for New Years Eve!

• Cons: Have to schedule ahead, but she is sooo worth it!

molly @ bella salon gave me an amazing haircut that I am complimented on everyday. She was able to give me a cut that brought out my best features. She did my hair very artistically and I love it! My Best Massage Ever was by Shelby at Bella Salon

I was lucky enough to have scheduled an appointment with Shelby Autrey at Bella Salon and while I knew somehow that she was going to be good, I had no idea that she would provide the best massage I've ever had (and I've had many massages)! Shelby is knowledgeable, intuitive, and made sure to ask me all the right questions to provide me with just what I needed. Wow!

About a week ago i went into Bella for my first time to see long time stylist Steven Taylor. Immediately when i walked into the salon I felt at home. The mood of the salon is very calm and tranquil. I sat down in Steven's chair and explained to him the problem with my hair. My other stylist didn't have any suggestions to help me with my hair, and would always just ask what i wanted; when in actuality, the reason i came to a hair stylist is to tell me what to do with my hair. I have really stubborn gray hair's that won't take color. He suggested that we add some highlights to help blend my gray and keep a lighter base color so that there won't be as much up keep or maintenance. Steven successfully made my hair healthy and it doesn't feel like straw any more. He is a miracle worker and i would recommend steven to anyone who has hair problems. GO SEE HIM, HE WILL FIX YOU TOO!

Griffin is grrrrreat!

I've been seeing Griffin for about 3 years now. He is just too fabulous for words but here I go... I've never met a stylist who constantly looks for ways to perfect his craft as much as he does. Whether you give your hair 10 or 60 minutes in your daily routine, he is sure to provide you with the best advise of how to achieve the best looks on the style YOU want. He takes to time to get to know you, your routine, your style, and your expectations and ALWAYS delivers! He started out cutting my hair and is now my colorist as well and I DARE you not to want to fall asleep during your shampoo/head massage time! The salon workers are extremely friendly as well which is always a plus. I promise you, you will not be disappointed! He is easy to talk to, easy to get along with, (easy on the eyes, hehe!), will listen to ALL your concerns or requests, and a professional through and through. I've never felt so beautiful and well taken care of!

Great Wedding Hair!

Jessica at Bella Salon saved my wedding last week!

I live in Brooklyn and got married in Austin in late May 2009. I had heard great things about Jackson Ruiz and wanted them to do my hair for my wedding, which was at noon on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. During a trip to Austin in January, I went to the salon and scheduled an appoinment at 8 a.m. the day I was getting married. Initially, the staff was great--they were opening the salon early for me, given my noon wedding.

About a week and a half before my wedding, I was calling all of my appointments to confirm the time, and the stylist who was scheduled to do my hair no longer worked there. No one had called me at all about this until I reached out to them first!!

Over the next few days, I spoke with three different people at Jackson Ruiz, and each said that they would get back to me the next day if anyone would be interested in taking my appointment. I didn't hear back from anyone at all until 3 days before my wedding. Yes, that's right, three days before my wedding! The person who finally called me back left a message saying that they had found someone to do my hair. It was pretty clear in the message that he was irritated by the situation, and felt put out by it. I called back and left a message with someone else at the salon to say that I had found someone else do my hair. But at 8:15 a.m. during the day at my wedding, I got another call from Jackson Ruiz asking where I was, because they were there, waiting for me to arrive. Again, the attitude was pretty rude, and I had already called to say that their services were no longer needed!

That said, I found a great person on short notice to do my hair, and she came to my house and everything! It was so low-stress, and Jessica did a great job on my hair, giving me exactly what I wanted for my special day. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica and the friendly staff at Bella. They really saved the day after all of this happened. Even when we walked in the door, they knew exactly who we were and were happy to help us. Thanks, Jessica!!!

Griffin at Bella - awesome short haircut

Griffin does awesome short cuts for girls.

I'm going to be honest- the music was super lame (think 70s-80s-90s pop/rock). That's the only downside I can think of.

The salon is very clean; staff are friendly and attentive. The best part, though, by far, was my stylist- Griffin. I am super picky about my hair and if I can't find anyone who cuts it the way I like I would rather do it myself. Then I have no one else to blame if it looks stupid.

Anyways, Griffin didn't fight me over the fact that I refuse to spend more than 30 secs on my hair each day. He looked at the pictures I brought and took the time to figure out what I really wanted. In addition to giving me a short haircut that I love, he also made me feel special and who doesn't want that in a stylist?

Ever since my old stylist moved to LA about a year ago, I've been looking for a replacement and I've finally found one here!

Raquel at Bella Salon

Until I found Raquel, I never felt truly happy or satisfied with a haircut or color. I followed her from a previous salon and couldn't be happier that she's with Bella. The salon is welcoming and the perfect fit for such a talented stylist. I always walk out feeling pretty and know that I have a great cut. I'm a brunette and people are constantly surprised that I color my hair. It looks natural and shiny-just the look I'm trying to achieve. Go see Raquel at Bella. You won't be disappointed!

Great Cut and Color from Gracie

I have been going to Gracie at Bella Salon for over a year and she is wonderful. My color always looks great and she knows that I want my hair as long as possible, so she works hard to keep it healthy. She has always gone that extra mile for me makes sure to fit me in so my roots don't show.

She is great with blonds! or those that wish to be blond.

Jason at Bella rocks!!!

Jason at Bella is great! I never had a "usual" stylist that I would go to but I found my guy!!! He's great. He made me feel so comfortable. My cut & highlights by Jason was the talk around work. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! He not only made me look fantastic but taught me a few things like what damages my hair & what to/ not to use! Your crazy if you go anywhere else. Bella is where it's at!!! See you guys next month!!!
