User Reviews for Barking Bubble

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I had been looking for a groomer in So. Austin since I moved last year. I tried another place around this area and was completely dissatisfied. Then I called Pam at the Barking Bubble. I did have to wait 4 weeks to get my boys in, since they are soo busy, but it was completely worth the wait. Now I book 8 weeks in advance to make sure I get my guys in there. Excellent service. The boys don't seem to mind going back, which is a great indicator. Would highly reccommend this business.

Pros: Great Groom with lot's of experience.

Cons: Getting out of the parking lot.

Well, Pam is the best dog groomer I have ever had. My miniature poodle mutt never complains when he goes and leaves happy too. He's not full-blooded, but looks like a show dog when Pam finishes with him. She does an excellent job of getting all the hair out of the ears, letting you know if she sees anything that might need a vet' s attention. He's been going for 4 years and never had a razor burn. She does all kinds of dogs and cats too. When I walk in and see her working on another animal, they are always calm, unstressed. She's been grooming for over 15 years and has a reputation of working well with "difficult" dogs. As a result, she has lots of standing appointments and in the summer season, call three weeks ahead to get an appointment. The one time I was in a rush and had him groomed at another place, it was $5 more, my dog was completely traumatized, and when I got him home, he had razor burns and nicks. It was awful. I wouldn't take him anywhere else but to The Barking Bubble. Excellent in every way. A dog owner's dream groomer.

Pros: Wonderful with pets and beautiful work for a reasonable price

Cons: During summer season, call several weeks ahead to get an appointment
