Worst Experience Ever

Saturday night our waitress told us they were "too busy" to add cheese to fries. No problem if they are unable to accomodate a request, but to be told they're "too busy" is insulting. When our waitress brought a kids chicken finger dinner instead of a chicken finger basket she told us "it's cheaper". The manager was unresponsive when told of the incident. We asked for our check and told him we'd pay for the appetizers, chicken fingers, and drinks. He asked us pay for our entrees, which were never delivered to us.
Pros: fast seating
Cons: poor service
