I called Clarke Kent Plumbing out to replace my kitchen sink. I was very impressed with the response time of their schedule. I didn't have to wait a week to have them come out. When the service technician arrived he was well mannered and very knowledgeable. He replaced my sink and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Not only does it look great for the holidays, but it was neat and cleanly done by Clarke Kent Plumbing. MANY THANKS!

Called them out to replace my sewer line. They did a great job,cleaned up after themselves, they communicated every step with me, my sewer line if working very well, no problems now. I recommend them to everyone.

Terrible experience, DO NOT USE, any other plumber would have charged 1/4 the price, and they even did unnecessary work so they could drag the job out and charge more. And made a mess.

This plumbing company came to my home to give me a quote on installing a bathtub. I had to call them for the quote after 2 days. They quoted me $2500.00 just for instillation, which was what I paid for the tub...? The girl answering the phone was extremely rude. I asked to speak to the owner to relay my disappointment and she said,"They don't have time for complaints". I finally found a plumber to install the tub for a fraction of their quote and he quit working for them due to their lack of morals/ethics. This furthur solidified my thoughts about this company--HORRIBLE!

Do not use! I wish I had read some of these negative reviews (plus there are similar ones on other review sites) before I asked for service. This company does NOT believe in customer service, it's clear that they are only interested in taking your money. Frankly I was shocked that a service-oriented company treated me so rudely. The attitude that they give seems like, "We're an established company, and we don't really need your business."

I have had multiple plumbing issues since I have owned my home in the last year. Not a single plumber was able to explain the problem. Come to find out, my PSI was way too high causing all the problems I've had in the past. Woody was great and very punctual. Got to my house before I did!

Do not do business with this company. I had two leaking toilets and a leaking faucet. They charged $220 to fix them. Within 2 months they were ALL leaking again worse than ever. I called them to ask them to come back and do it right and they very curtly informed me that I would be charged again. They do not do the job right, they overcharge, and they don't stand behind their work. Needless to say I did not have them come back out. I'll try to get someone a competent plumber this time. I wish there were a zero star rating.

Cons: Incompetent. Overpriced. Do not stand behind their work.

I have been forced to deal with these bozos for warranty issues. What others have said is absolutely my experience: * missing call windows * calls cancelled without notifying me. I wait all day only to call late afternoon and be told that my call was cancelled. * no return calls. I have left 3 messages this week for the manager, and he has not returned a single one. I believe that I am on a "do not answer" list because he never seems to be available. Always in a meeting, out on a job, on the phone or someting. * I have overpaid (according to the manufacturer) for installation services, and the job was not done correctly. * I have had to pay for repairs to my appliance caused by their installation errors. * They told me that I would have to pay for return trip charges when they did not bring the proper equipment, personnel, or timing to the job the first time. (you pay a minimum of $157 no matter how long they spend or what they do - or don't do). I have been working with the company for over a month, but I can not even get anyone with authority to talk to me. They call and leave messages that I have to take a day off of work to meet them between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm (their work day) at my home. I have left 3 messages that I want to speak to someone on the phone before I take yet another day off of work. However, no one is ever available to speak. The owner and manager are always either "out of the office today", "have not come in yet", or "in a meeting". I have only been able to give messages to the owner through his secretary, and they consider that "working with me" to resolve the matter. Do not use these guys. The plumbers are courteous and nice enough, but the management staff is not helpful at all.

Pros: Their name starts with an early letter in the alphabet

Cons: Everything else.

They were late showing up to give me the first estimate. then would not return any of my phone calls for days. I was forced to use them because no one else could come out when i needed them in such short notice. When i finally got them to schedule the appointment they were 2.5 hrs. late! Don't use them unless you HAVE TO!

Pros: more reasonable price than the other guys

Cons: very poor customer service

Have used them several times. Generally they are punctual, but when there is an issue, such as what is under warranty or not under warranty, I found them to be completely inflexible. In my opinion, I have found them to be a little more expensive than other services and their bid process is wildly erratic. Would not use them for a major project unless every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed.

Pros: on time

Cons: their bid process is erratic at best
