Cute Store, Helpful Sales Staff, and Fun Shopping!!!
by nancyjof
From the moment I walked into Adelante, I was greeted by smiling, helpful sales staff, and bright wonderful colors throughout the shop. I go here often enough to appreciate the always changing merchandise, displays, and great prices. It's a true Austin store, with clothes and accessories that fit Austin's lifestyle that won't break the bank. Thank you for providing a great store to shop in.
Rude Salespeople, Customer Assistance Non-Existent in this store!!!!
by otconnection
I was in Adelante shopping today and encountered the rudest sales people in the world! I was completely ignored the entire time I was there, given a curt head nod to indicate "yes" I could try on the clothes I had hanging from my arm, and even with 4 plus sales people lingering around chatting with themselves, one sales person decided to answer the phone in the midst of my request to try on shoes. The clothing is all cheaply made, with the exception of common brands like Michael Stars, LA Made, etc which are in EVERY store in Austin. Try getting something unique and some new salespeople to run this crappy store. I WILL NEVER return and will tell every person I know, work with, run into to never shop here as well!!!!!
- Pros: Cute furniture with signs saying "Don't sit on furniture" really comfortable, ha ha
- Cons: Sales People, Sales People, Sales People, clothing quality, style, selection, cheap "fake" leather shoes
Response from this business

I am Tricia Roberts, the owner of Adelante Boutique. I have been serving Austin for the last 16 years. I try very hard to take good care of my customers and provide fair and quality service.
I appreciate your negative feedback but I would like to respond to a few of your comments. My staff would NEVER intentionally try to be rude to anyone. The phone is a constant issue at my store, I have found a solution so my staff does not have to retreive my business calls. I offer many pricepoints and this year I have paid extra attention to prices . I sell many brands which are very recognizable. A few examples are Free People, Lucky Brand, Max Studio, Kenzie, French Connection, JW Johnny Was, Red Engine, Hype, Sweetees and many more. I have real leather products and fake for vegan customers. I have changed the signs on the furniture and these pieces are FOR SALE. I welcome any personal emails or phone calls regarding any concerns.

Tucked in the 26 Doors shopping center, Adelante has a wide selection of bags, shoes, jewelry and clothing for women. Fresh flowers sit in a vase on top of a central glass case that is filled with jewelry to match any outfit. Racks of tops, dresses and jeans are scattered throughout the store. Spacious dressing rooms and multiple mirrors let you strut your stuff to find the right outfit. They also sell candles to accent any room in the house.
Fantastic Austin boutique that won't entirely empty your wallet - Great Value!

We just moved to town and I had no idea where the fun stores to shop for myself would be. I stumbled across Adelante and this is an awesome boutique. Lots of colors and styles to choose from and all the jewelry and shoes to go along with. The store is nicely layed out with lots of light, roomy dressing rooms and racks that are easy to browse through. I loved that the selection ranged from items suitable for going out on the town with your girlfriends/hubby to a nice upscale evening. They will definitely see me there again!
- Pros: Value, selection and the overall setting
- Cons: None except it's in a busy area so traffic and parking can be busy!
high quality fashion for the woman (or girl) who likes to stand out in a crowd...

every time i step out in an adelante number, i get tonz of compliments, and i look HOT!
A Gem! Best Botique in Town.

I just moved to Austin from San Diego, and stopped in for a look around at Adelante. I found the best dress for a dinner party, and one of the nice sales ladies even suggested some shoes that go perfectly. It's a great place to shop with lots of variety in styles and prices! Highly Recommended!
Disappointed

Watch out for the very rude sales people and the most ridiculous return policy! I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and went to return two items (for store credit only mind you) and was told I was a few days outside the 14 days required, sorry! The discourteous sales clerk offered no recourse and gladly watched me walk out. I was flabbergasted! What happend to "the customer is always right"? The clothes quality and lack of respect do not warrant business in this establishment ladies. Sorry Adelante, seek new help and change your return policy!
Cutest clothes in town!

Adelante is the perfect place to find whatever you are looking for! From Formal to Casual they have everything. Leigh helped me find the perfect outfit for a benefit. I am so happy. The shoes are awesome too and priced great. I will definitely be back!!
- Pros: Super easy to find and in a great shopping center.
- Cons: NONE!
Cute merchandise - but pricey
by lepard2514
This is a cute little boutique, located in the 28 doors shopping center. Convenient location, really cute clothes, shoes, and accessories. The merchandise is definitely pricey - even sales items seem a bit overpriced, and there isn't a huge selection of sizes. Overall, it's a great place to browse, but I don't find myself actually purchasing stuff very often.
- Pros: Cute clothes, shoes, accessories
- Cons: Too Expensive, Sizes hard to find
Rudeness
by mpink
I was ingnored while trying on an item. Then when I did ask for help, I encountered a very rude salesperson.
- Pros: cute store
- Cons: customer service
