I called to set up an appointment for electrolysis and the lady was way too busy! I called and my messages were never returned and when I finally did talk to her she couldnt even set up an appontment because she was traveling then told me she would call me which she never did. I will just take my business elsewhere.

The Best

Going to Bette Pritchett has been the best thing that has ever happen to me. I have seen my hair problem begin to go away and I?m very excited for the change. She takes time to explain the procedure, making you for comfortable in her hands. What sold me on Bette was her knowledge and the fact that she gives a free consultation to prospective clients. At that time you will be able to get some hairs removed giving you a physical prospective on the procedure. I have fallen in love with ELECTROLYSIS!!

got a lot of spare time?

I will never know what kind of electrolygist Betty is. After waiting over 40 minutes past my initial appt ime, and then another 20 minutes at my rescheduled initial visit, I have decided to look elsewhere. When I tried to explain to Betty the inconvenience of such long wait times, she talked to me as if I were a 3-year-old rather than a grown woman. I understand that these things happen from time to time, but reacting so defensively and unsympathetically simply solodifies my choice to move on. Good business would have Betty providing me with other options, perhaps offering me a discounted first visit. Bad business has me providing Betty with this negative, albeit accurate, review.

Knowledge and Expertise

I have had electrolysis and laser treatments from various clinics. Bette Pritchett has knowledge, expertise, and credentials I've not seen before. Austin Medical Electrolysis Clinic has advanced equipment which made the process much more comfortable, even on very sensitive skin. I was impressed w/ their knoweldge and service. I also saw more precautions for sanitation than I've seen before. Bette is an international expert & speaker on electrolysis.
