Literally. I waited on hold a half hour before an unhelpful receptionist answered--and put me on hold again. Finally she asked why I was calling. I told her I needed meds renewed. She said, "Are you sick?" Kind of a stupid question, right? Why does one take meds? So I told her it is a regular prescription but since I'm not longer insured, I can't afford to see my doctor for renewals. The she told me they aren't taking new patients. I suggested they ought to put that on their greeting message so people aren't waiting a half hour to hear that. She could not possibly have cared less, judging by her tone. Who knows what they do over there, but providing caring help to the uninsured seems a low priority.

Cons: not taking new patients, rude staff, long telelphone waits for no help
