In February I took my brand new 2008 Jeep JK Unlimited to Jeep Masters after hearing word of mouth that they do some mighty fine work on Jeeps. Being a Jeep enthusiast I already had a good idea what I wanted: 3.5" lift, front/rear track bars, re-gear front/rear diffs. With the help of Ray & Bo we were able to build my JK up the way I wanted and within my busy schedule. Their customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. Instead of trying to bilk me out of more cash or tell me it needed something it didn't, they were straight up and honest. When my gears were back ordered for months they were very patient with my numerous calls and not only called me the minute they arrived but had them installed the next day! To sum it up, this is a small business run by two professional fellas who have a true passion for Jeeps and know what they are doing. Most importantly, they are not afraid to call around if there is something they aren't familiar with and they back their work. I am VERY impressed with Jeep Masters. I will definately take my next build up to them (flat fender trail rig)!

Jeep Masters is so awesome and they even work on Hondas. From my experience, the service was first class.

I've been going to Jeep masters for 10 years and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have a jeep, chevy, and a chrysler. I have never had a problem they could not fix. Expert and friendly staff. I would recommend Jeep Masters to my best friend.
Pros: they will fix the problem
Cons: none

I have been going to jeepmasters for ten years. I don't know a lot about cars and automotive mechanics and such. So, I rely upon the services of a repair shop. Jeepmasters is that place for me. I wouldn't take my repeat business to a shop that wasn't honest, reasonable, and timely. Who would? The reason I go to jeepmasters is because they are friendly, courteous, and love what they do...."workin on jeeps." The owners, Beau and Ray, are about as personable as they come. Ray's knowledge and passion for jeeps is outright astounding. If you want suspension lift hydraulic roofrack offroad awesome fourwheeling gizmos, jeepmasters does it. Me, I just want to keep my car running down the highway. Thanks to jeepmasters I have 360,00 miles on the odometer and can keep on rolling.
Pros: knowlegable and friendly staff
Cons: no tv in the waiting room

Before I found Jeep Masters I searched for a place that I felt knew what they were doing and were not out to BS me. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. Because I live in Leander, it takes me a while to get there, but because I trust them, It's well worh the drive. Even for a simple oil change. They are NOT perfict, I have had things worked on in the past that required me to go back, to get them checked out again. Both times I did so, they did not hesitate to fix the problem at no cost to me (one of the times was a product defect). Something else I like about them is that they actually SHOW me whats wrong, how it went wrong and how they are going to fix it. I even called them once from Arizona becouse I was haveing transmission problems and they took the time to help me through it over the phone. How can you go wrong with that kind of customer service. I don't have the time or $ to deal with shops that don't know what they are doing or will not back there work up. Thats why I go to Jeep Masters.

If you are looking for a repair shop with integrity, this is it. We've got 4 Jeeps in the family, and what I can't fix myself I bring into these guys. Over the years, I've needed to have a lot of repair work done. Jeep Masters prices are competitive and the work is done correctly. That's important to me because I've taken my Jeeps to other shops (and dealerships), only to find problems were incorrectly diagnosed, and repairs were not done right. I suspect any good repair facility is busy and these guys are but they always take the time at the counter to go over the repairs with me.
Pros: Repairs done right for a fair price

Incredibly rude over the phone. I have never met a more confused and RUDE bunch of folks. I ask a simple question about a repair and you would have thought I was asking for their first born. Very unprofessional, short and rude, I would recommend you go elsewhere. BTW, I spent more time on hold waiting for their worthless service writer to ask the shop foreman a question than with Time Warner. They won't be in business much longer with they way they treat people.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Worst place I have ever done business with

I have relied on Jeep Masters for my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee specific's repair and maintenance services for years. I'm never worried about getting ripped off because they have always are cleared about the price up front. Also, the staff (especially at the desk, Bo and Ray) are very nice and patient. You can ask questions about the Jeep all you've wanted at the desk, free. They will start charging when the Jeep is on the stand (their mechanics time.) I've had many friends use their services as well, and have never heard a complaint. Prices are much better than dealers, fast (most of the times, I wait for it.) Highly recommended.

Do not go here! I took my jeep to them when the check engine light came on and they charged me for the system scan?! on top of charging me over 200 in labor alone to replace a sensor that takes 10 minutes to put in. I will never go there again.
