FABULOUS

I have had 3 pieces of original art framed here and all have been extremely well done. Each one got HUGELY better in terms of appearance. I was floored by each one. WOW. Carole does a GREAT job in helping you pick out the RIGHT frame. They have ZILLIONS of frames too. Really a high-quality place. And whoever said something about their "attitude" ... lordy, these folks are very very very straight. JUST THRILLED with what i have had them do. HIGHLY recommend the place.

• Cons: A little pricey, but worth it.

Great product

These people helped me get two large projects done in a short time & did them to perfection. Every person i dealt with there was helpful. They aren't the super bubbly all smiles sales person we are all used to seeing, but i am not that kind of customer either. I think the first reviewer might not understand people have different personality types. This is an Austin owned business that has produced a custom mat job that has impressed everyone who has seen it in our office. I will continue to use them in the future.

• Pros: Great product. Good customer service
• Cons: They have a lot of business (b/c they're good!) and therefore sometimes have a 1-2 week turnaround

Terribly RUDE People

They were fast. Other than that everything else was TERRIBLE customer service. I have worked customer service for a while, and this is some of the WORST I have ever experienced. Not only were they rude, but they were very condescending and sarcastic. Not only in their speech but in their manerisms as well. They have perfected the art of treating other people as if they are stupid. i will never go back and I persuade other not too as well. DONT GO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People like this shouldn't be allowed to treat people the way they do. If they hate their job they should find something else. Thats all I have to say.
