good staff, but not enough attention

So I wanted to go here because it's the highest rated dental place that's covered under my plan. The staff was excellent (Claudia, Chris, etc). They explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Dr. Koch, on the other hand, was not really professional and left me without explaining to me almost anything. The staff said he had to go to an emergency patient, but that doesn't mean they can just push me out the door. So, mixed feelings from this place.
Pros: excellent staff, covered by my plan
Cons: very corporate, not enough attention
