Amazing Experience
by jingleheimer
I came to see a movie here and was amazed by the way i was treated. The door person tore my ticket, and personally carried me to the concessions where I ordered some of the best tasting food i have ever eaten. They have evberything even cheese frys!!! It was truly incredible. Then the door person carried me to the theatre, gently placed me in my seat and came back with the items i ordered in concession, and personally hand fed me my popcorn. The picture quality made me feel like i was really there, and the sound scared me silly. I was then carried out of the theatre and had an usher vallet my car, and shoufer me home. I have never been treated like such royalty anywhere this place is truley amazing!!! id give it 10000000000 stars if that were an option.
- Pros: Good Staff, Devoted Management, Bathrooms you could eat off
- Cons: There arent more in texas
DRIVER BEWARE!
by bcnes
I will never return to this movie theater, and I'm making sure my friends won't either.
I parked my vehicle in a well populated parking lot, and when I came out 90 minutes later after watching the movie, the car had been broken into! We spoke with the manager, who had no explanation, no assistance and no apologies to offer. We called the police and a patrol car came out. We were shocked to learn from the officer that this is an on-going problem at this movie theater. Furthermore, he explained that APD has requested repeatedly that the management of the theater make improvements to the lighting of the parking lot. Are you wondering what action has been taken so far by the owner? NONE.
I'd say take your money and go spend it somewhere else, where customers are more highly valued. Avoid yourself a really unpleasant (and costly) experience.
- Pros: I can't think of any
- Cons: YOUR CAR IS LIKELY TO BE BROKEN INTO!
Great Theater.

Overall our favorite theater in Austin, its very seldom crowded in the theater ( I like to go when theres only a couple other couples there makes it more cozy.) The arm rest lift up giving you plenty of room to hold your significant other. Pricing is the same as all other theaters too much for everything...but if your girlfriend has a big purse...
- Pros: Seating; Never a line
- Cons: Cost (same as all over Austin but I'm from a small town where a movie ticket cost $2.50
Give it a try!

I was not sure about this theater from the reviews I read, but then I saw some reviews that said it was redone so my sister and I gave it a try and I found it to be very clean and nice seats. The staff was very pleasent. We have been back many times. And will continue to come back. Kathy Q
- Pros: good prices, clean
Good times

The new Highland 10 cinema remodel made it a bunch of fun. From people giving you after movie mints, to the new spacious stadium seating. It was much better then it was only a few months ago. Hurray for remodeling magic! P.S. Try the icecream, it's very good!
- Pros: Great service, Great seating, Fun staff
Not that bad
by glindor
It really wasn't that bad. After reading some of the other reviews I thought it would be horrible. It was a bit outdated and a little dirty but it wasn't horrible. I think people's standards are just so high these days that anything without stadium seating and THX seems horrible to them now. On the up side, it is never crowded and you can show up 5 minutes before a movie starts and get a good seat!
- Pros: No crowd
- Cons: , Could be cleaner
not so good

I didn't like the atmosphere, it wasn't clean either. I also hated the bad service and the seating.
Not worth even $1.00!!!
by katie2003
This is a really disguisting outdated - expensive theatre. It was $7.00 a person to see a movie in this dumpy theatre. It was bought recently and apparently they didn't want to spend any time or money updating it. UGhhh.. Don't think it would even make a good discount theatre.
- Pros: Good Parking, Convenient
- Cons: Expensive, Dirty, Uncomfortable
