Great Selection & Quality ~ Helpful Staff

I went to Bright Beginnings for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience, so I wanted to share. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the staff was very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction, but gave me room to explore as well. I found the selection to be wonderful, and the prices were definitely expected based on the brands and quality they carry. I found the perfect gifts and I will definitely be back! Thanks!

Terrible customer service, bad return policy and some of the clothing is NOT well made.

I bought a $65 outfit for my newborn washed it once and the seam in the pants fell out. Tried to return it for a new one and got LOTS of grief. They even said they would sew it up for me. No way!! Finally, they exchanged it for a new one and the seam fell out of that one too. Needless to say I blew it off and will never shop there again. The outfit was a Giggle Moon brand.

• Pros: Some good brands and pretty outfits
• Cons: not all of them are high quality and the customer service is the worst in town.

OVERPRICED Kids clothes RIDICULES prices !!! PLUS , Be aware that returns are for store credit ONLY My sales person encouraged me to make a purchase because "when you pay full price you can always return it." But if I had known it was for credit only , WARNING !!!

This cheery and inexpensive shopping mainstay features popular infant and children's casual and dress-up clothes. Glance at the store's walls and the splashes of color reveal themselves to be additional outfits for purchase. Conceived by owner Sally Whitehouse when she couldn't find creative outfits for her kids, the store is piled high with bins full of colorful jumpers, tees, shorts, dresses in brands like Flapdoodles, Fresh Produce and Marsha.

Horrible customer service. No return policy is crazy. Clothes are OVER PRICED.

This store is a ripoff and the customer service is horrible. I tried to return an overpriced dress with a rip in the dress and they would not give me my money back. The clothes are jammed into the store you can't even see if there is a problem with the item.

Watch out when you enter the store or you might be run over by a sales clerk wanting to get a sale in. Forget about browsing, that is NOT allowed.

Go to Daisy Hill if you are looking for adorable clothes.

• Cons: Overpriced, horrible customer service and bad return policy.

Best Childrens Clothing Store in Austin

As a child all of my clothes were bought here and I loved them. Stylish comfertable and affordable this store is wondeful. I would highly recommend it. Also the biannual sales are not something you'd want to miss. Also the workers are friendly and helpful!

Caveat on returns

Be aware that returns are for store credit only within 14 days. My sales person encouraged me to make a purchase because "when you pay full price you can always return it." But if I had known it was for credit only, I would have waited.
