Do you ever wonder what happened to good customer serivce? I often do and am always impressed with the service I get at Karavel. They measure your foot and look at how you stand/walk. Then they listen to what kind of shoe you are wanting. I always find the perfect shoe that looks great, I can wear all day and is the best support for my foot. Wearing an 11narrow shoe with flat feet, I am usually disappointed when I go shoe shopping, but Karavel always has something for me. I can get my New Balances, dress shoes, work boots, and look at the sales all while staying in the same place. And if you get help in the New Balance area, they will let the people in the dress shoes know what you are needing. I always get the feeling that the employees are more concerned about you being happy and comfortable then making a sale. If you have orthodics, Karavel will help you find a shoe that it works in. Also, if you feel you need more support and aren't ready for the orthodics you get from the doctor, Karavel has a wide range of inserts for every kind of shoe. If you are wanting shoes the cost and quality of what you find at wally-world, you will get sticker shock here. The shoes are not cheap, but they are excellent quality, very comfortable and you will have them for years and years and love them!!
Pros: Wonderful selection in style and sizes. Best customer service - like what your Grandma used to get when buying shoes.
Cons: Not all the stores are connected and cost is $$$ - but you get what you pay for - excellent shoes
