Karen did a great job at helping me take a very unprofessional homegrown resume and making it worthy for anyone and any company. I was pleased with the way she worked with me to make several revisions and really nail the terminology and the desired impact that I had requested. She is easy to work with and quick! You will be pleased with her efforts!

My first conversation with Karen went really really well, and here's why. This woman has a certain passion and fire about her. Her main goal is to "Make it Happen". Karen kept plugging away with redefining terms and redefining experiences in a very refreshing way. I also felt it was important to have a FRESH set of eyes that is crucial to review resumes and can get to the meat of the material. FYI, it would be a mistake NOT to use her. She can produce and she can provide what todays society is looking for and create it Perfectly. But most important, she built me up, and really lifted my spirits in so many ways. Karen's tools and methods are polished, refined, and beautiful. Thank You Karen for ALL that you do!! Respectfully, Poppy Jennifer Getman
Pros: Willing and Able
Cons: Wasn't able to meet her in person.

I had a very positive experience with Letter Perfect Resumes. I found the Resume Writer to be very professional and friendly with a strong background in writing resumes for today's online job search. I received an extensive interview to target my career goals, and help me get the type of position I was interested in. I think Letter Perfect Resumes did a very good job in composing my resume and cover letter in two days. I was also provided a list of job websites to assist me in my job search. I feel I received a high level of customer service, and would definitely recommend this company to other Managers, co-workers, relatives, or friends.

In response to the review written by austinsmiles - Letter Perfect Resumes has been in business for 18+ years, and I am very busy. Most of the time I am booked up a few days ahead of time (maybe more). I pride myself on spending a good amout of time with each client to write a customized professional resume. When we have scheduled appointments, it is not our practice to cancel current clients so we can instantly take a new client who needs a resume immediately. My calendar books up very quickly, and it would be impossible to tell you I would definitely have time available if you do not schedule an appointment. The one hour consultation is included in the price of writing and formatting the entire resume, cover letter, etc. As a Certified Professional Resume Writer, it takes time to do a good job, and we are not just a quick typing service. I do have a business associate I refer clients to if I am booked up, but she is also busy and cannot always take on additional work immediately. Karen Wyatt, CPRW

Phoned this business, talked to the owner, and she said to call her back that she had some times available. I told her that I would be calling a few other resume services. I did that and called her back because I thought she had the experience to help me with my resume. My resume is already typed in Microsoft Word. It needs to be concise and I am not too good at narrowing things out, hence, need help. In the mean time, I emailed her my resume, the job advertisement and a possible format that I liked. She had taken my name, number and email, never phoned, but emailed to tell me, "I have been swamped, and AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. I am booked up for the next 4 or 5 days, and will be gone a few days next week. You may want to check the yellow pages or go online to see if you can find another company." I emailed her back to say that I would take her first available appointment for at least a consultation. She responded with this, "I do not do just one hour consultations, and I do not have time to read all the pages you emailed me. The price also includes writing the resume, etc. I am completely booked up and do not even have time to eat. Like I said, you may want to check out other Resume companies."
Pros: She seemed like she could get the job done & said she could but...see cons
Cons: She has no staff & is unable to take on new clients

Letter Perfect Resumes wrote me a professional resume and cover letter that got me the job! The Resume Writer was also certified in resume writing, and did a great job interviewing me to get the information necessary to ensure I got the position I was searching for. In addition, I received tips on how to post my resume online. I also received excellent customer service and a quick turn around. I would highly recommend Letter Perfect Resumes to professionals and students.
