You know that you are going to an outstanding service provider when you take your car to a reputable auto repair facility and they recommend that you go to Revolution Motors because they can better resolve your problem. Revolution came through with flying colors. I took my car in because a grinding noise in the engine compartment. They asked, "have you ever changed your belts?" I replied, Yes. "Did they change the bearings?" Hmmm. I don't know. They informed me that many auto dealerships fail to replace the bearings that drive the belts when they change the belts. The bearings are known to sieze on Saabs, locking up, and causing SEVERE damage. After calling and confirming with the dealership that they did NOT change the drive bearings but that they could do so AT AN ADDIDITIONAL COST, I had Revolution make the change. They pulled the drive bearings and alloweved me to inspect them. Knowing a bit about domestice car repair, I could tell that we were LUCKY to have caught the problem. The bearings were HORRIBLE. It was scary to think of my wife and kids driving around with the car in that condition since this is my wife's primary vehicle. They've since done additional work on my car and have come in UNDER BUDGET each time. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They not only repair the car to the highest quality, they help you understand WHY they are making the repair. Safe driving!
