If I ever have any auto body issues in the future, you can be sure this is where I will take my vehicle. From my first phone call to them, it was evident that they listened to you and were more than competent - not just answering the phone because it rang or trying to rush you off the phone. It got better in person ... from the moment I arrived and was greeted by the second sweetest dog (mine is the sweetest of course) ... within a minute - literally - Robert was viewing my insurance estimate and verifying our conversation over the phone. He immediately called for my rental car (and even gave me a coupon for a free upgrade) and then called for my vehicle parts. In 15 minutes I was gone. By noon, THAT DAY, my vehicle was completely ready (it was very minor damage) and I was promptly called. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and vacuumed. Now I realize washing the vehicle may be standard, but these days you seem to find people cutting corners and here I found lovely little things in addition to the main event.
Pros: No cutting corners or BS
Cons: That I didn't have any treats for that sweet dog - what a charmer he is

I was rear-ended by a State Farm insured. Since State Farm was paying for it they sent a recommended list of shops over to me. I selected Anderson Lane Body Shop because of what I read on Citysearch and because they were in a great location. Travis the owner is great, very friendly and is personally involved in every customers work. They also called Enterprise for me...GREAT! Had my car done quickly and the rear bumper looked BRAND new! Couldn't have been better!
Pros: Quick turn around with high quality. Owner's dog is SWEET and owner is Friendly.
Cons: They were supposed to wash my car, which I was really excited about but they didn't and it was so noticable with my nice new bumper and the rest of the car looking dirty.

I was involved in a hit and run...with a deer! If you are a State Farm customer, this is the place to take your damaged vehicle. They are a preferred provider with State Farm, which means they can do the estimate themselves. (no waiting around on a claims adjuster to come out) Granted, the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been, but I had my car back within 4 days!!! It looks fantastic. Travis, the owner, makes it so easy. They called Enterprise for me to come pick me up. It was one of the easiest, most friendly and accomodating experiences I've had! I highly recommend!
Pros: insurance preferred, fast, accomodating
