Horrible customer service

I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions. Each time I have had an unpleasant experience with the owner and each time it keeps getting worse. The first 2 times I put up with the nasty owner because of the convenience. However, after my last visit I will never return to this location. The owner seems rushed and too busy to answer any questions. You would think than an owner would want to give a good impression to build customer loyalty. This owner is rude, rude, rude! I will never return to this location.

UPS Store (Research/Ohlen), Great Customer Service

Went to this UPS Store on Research and Ohlen after spending 55 mins in line @ the Bluebonnett PO.

The friendly staff here helped me mail a box in less than 5 mins. Very friendly service. Very helpful.

The extra cost for mailing something here "in 5 mins" is worth not waiting in the USPS PO ()(Bluebonnett) for 45 mins. .

This service is well worth the time and money. Highly recommend.

Proffesional printing cheap

I went to this ups store on research and ohlen and got top quality digital color printing for a great price. I went in to make a color copy and they ended up printing out some custom postcards for me. They saved me serious time and money, perfect for a busy business owner like myself. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable staff. I will def. be coming back for all of my printing and copying needs!!!!!

• Cons: I didn't know about them sooner

Lowest copy prices in town

Hello, I went to this UPS Store on research blvd yesterday. Besides top notch customer service these guys offer $.04 black and white copies. I haven't seen prices this low ever. They are also running a special $.25 color copy deal if you mention their advertised highly discounted internet rates. Wow!!!!!!!!!
