User Reviews for Eurway Furniture Superstore

...I really want those tables and have not been able to find any that even closely resemble them so I am just stuck. I would only recommend ordering something that is out of stock (which most of it is) if you are willing to wait a long time.

Pros: Neat items

Cons: nobody knows what is going on in the store

The plus: this store has very nice furniture when you walk into it. The negative: not so good customer service. The sales persons I talked to were answering everything as to sell you the product, ignoring your needs. In my case they promised a prompt delivery. When the delivery people arrived, I noticed that a few items were missing. When I called them, they said it would arrive sometime in the future, without any specifics. I have called twice more since then, and the Customer service were very condescending and telling me to wait for them to call: "the furniture will arrive when it arrives". My hands are tied, since i have already paid for the furniture. Overall: Lacking professionalism and helpfulness. It was a disappointing experience.

Pros: Furniture appearance

Cons: Quality, service, durability

Although I'm a fan of more traditional furniture styles (having grown up in a house full of antiques!), I thought this store had some nice modern furniture pieces. I was most impressed with their unique variety of items ranging from furniture to shelves and really cool coat racks. That's right, I said coat racks. Trust me, this place has some cool stuff and it's worth checking out even if you don't need furniture. They also have some neat lamps for sale. Their prices seemed reasonable.

Pros: Unique store

Eurway can seem very 1980's the first couple of times you go, but, after visiting other places in town, you will realize that it is a great bargain for fun pieces of furniture. A simple, basic black bookshelf will cost only slightly more than Walmart, but you will understand the quality as you put it together. No cursing, no head scratching as nothing seems to fit. Some of the accessories are also good yet affordable. If you are decorating a new house, window shop here and then look around at other places. You will find Eurway has great deals. Also look at the pieces individually to avoid the Nagel-esque 80's feel. Ignore any feelings you have about lack of service. Do you want to save money, or have people be nice to you? You make the call.

Pros: quality, value
