On two separate occasions I've had to wait at the counter for 15-30 minutes while the clerk returns to the lot. Apparently, "I may go four hours between customers", and doesn't think he should stay on premises during business hours. He is content to allow the dealership cashiers to call him and tell him a customer is waiting. On both occasions it took him 10 minutes to arrive AFTER the call had been made.
