Waaaay Overrated

There are many many places around Austin that are waaaaay better than Rudy's. Don't buy into the hype. Head to Salt Lick or Ironworks instead.

• Pros: The BBQ Sauce, Creamed Corn is Fantastic, Many Locations
• Cons: The Brisket Is Not That Good

NOT VERY SAUCEY!

I think this place is the most over-rated place in Austin. The sauce STINKS! I love spicey foods, but what's up with having a sauce where the only thing you can taste is HOT. THere's heat, but no flavor. Even the reasonable prices can't make me eat here.
