If you like pepper, this is the place

I had dinner at their Round Rock location. Overall it was OK, but their BBQ has way too much pepper in it for me, and their sauce was spicy, too. My mouth was on fire afterwards. If you like peppery stuff, then go for it. If not, go to County Line BBQ in Austin.

Very commercial

For commercial BBQ Rudy's is ok, but it is not in the same class with your good ole' Texas BBQ.
- Pros: Ribs pretty good, fun enviornment, good sauce
- Cons: Brisket is tasteless, sausage is dry, expensive for BBQ
