Worst customer service ever from Austin's Freytag Florist in Austin

I will never use these people again. The flowers were wilted with broken stems and the delivery person was an hour late on the delivery after calling to say she would be at my home in five minutes. Speaking with the owner, Ken Freytag was very upsetting. I don't understand how these people have any business based on the attitude of the owner.

Will never use them again!

The service I received was completely unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered to me were wilted and some of the stems were broken. When I called to see if they would correct the issue they blamed the issue on me. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to take my call after 5 attempts. You might think twice before using this organization as there are definitely less expensive florists and the service could not be this bad!

Great Selection, Great Service

I went to Freytag's to pick out some flowers for Valentine's Day. The staff was great in their recommendations, and the flowers I chose were beautifully put together (not to mention they radiated a wonderful aroma). I'll definitely be back the next time I need flowers.

Freytag's is a homey, two-story shop that's brimming with potted plants, cut stems and splashy arrangements ready to be dispatched into the city. There's a huge selection of fresh flowers, from roses, daisies and tulips to calla lilies, anthuriums and birds of paradise. Need them delivered to Cedar Park, Lakeway, Round Rock and Pflugerville? Not a problem.
