It is a good place for my dog to run and run and run he is still a pup and has so much energy we go there for just 30-45 min and he comes home and is ready for a nap and is calm all day it is great he gets to play with other dogs and pepole the only thing i can say is that it needs running water but other than that it is a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: nice pepole, good dogs, fun to play

Cons: needs running water

It's the only fenced in dog park in Austin (to my knowledge), which is good if your dog likes to run away. It's a lot of fun when it gets really busy. At times there are more than 50 dogs and their owners in this small area, so it can get crowded, but it's alright because everyone is nice and glad you're there. Take water because there is no running water there and the dogs often run out. Overall great place to meet people and let your dog blow off some steam and play with others.

Pros: fenced in, nice people

This is such a great place to bring your dog on a nice day. I wish there were more gated leash-free areas like this in town. It's a good place to meet people who also love their dogs and the variety of dogs at the park provides lots of entertainment.

Who says you need to go to a grocery store to meet people? Everything happens at the dog park, and this dusty, gated stretch of land is canine heaven. Bring well-behaved dogs and some water. Then you're free to chat with other single dog owners ... "You have a lab? Hey, I have one too."

Pros: free, big space

Cons: no maintenance

The name indicates an upscale locale, but it's more about slobber than swank.  See the full editorial review.
