I have to admit that between the friendly receptionist to the knowledgeable doctor's, this vet hospital has 2 thumbs wayyyyyy up. The front office staff really knows how to deal with people and show true concern for every animal that comes in there. The receptionist even new all the clients by first name!!! I think that is impressive.
Pros: Great staff, lots of parking, and open on Saturdays
Cons: no payment plans

I have been an animal owner and in animal rescue for over 30 years. The vets at Westgate are the best I have ever ever dealt with. They are caring and considerate with me and my animals. Their medical equipment is the best and up to date. All the staff are attentive to what you have to say and answer any questions in a way that any layman can understand. They even have a room large enough with a lift table for the giant breeds. They are only a little pricey but good equipment and good people do not come cheap. I consider them the best

The staff here is very caring, friendly, and always on time. I have been using this vet happily for about 2 years. The cost is a little high, but the service is worth it.
Pros: office staff and vet techs very friendly
Cons: cost a little high

This clinic is excellent in all areas. They provide comprehensive care, the staff is friendly, the groomer is fantastic. Dr. Echols is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to you, he is very thorough in his exam and in the detective work of figuring out what is wrong with your pet. They really care--I got repeated phone calls updating me on my dogs condition. I had my large, hairy dog groomed there and Laura is wonderful. She gave the best grooming my 8 year old Newfie has ever had--trimmed all the spots prone to getting dirty, but left her still looking like a beautiful Newfie. They can get expensive with all the tests, but you can always refuse tests you find unnecessary. They also have discount days on immunizations.
Pros: good doctors, good groomer, good staff
Cons: can get expensive

I had a terrific first (and follow-up) experience with the staff at Westgate - particularly Dr. Miller and the front desk staff. It's clean - They're highly competant and incredibly compassionate - going above and beyond - flexible on payment - I just can't say enough :)) Just got a new kitten and he'll be starting his life under their care.
Pros: Reasonably Priced, Good Parking, VERY nice!
Cons: None, None, None

The staff was courteous and the tech was awesome! He was knowledgeable and took his time with my cat AND he took the time explaining everything to me. The vet was very nice and let me participate in the exam. He also was very nice, taking his time explaining the procedures to me. What a wonderful, caring staff!

Dr. Brandt is one of the best vets I've ever been to, for dogs or other small animals. And you can walk out of the place feeling like you weren't just robbed of your monthly rent.
Pros: good parking, clean environment, gentle staff
