The whole family laughed for an hour-and-a-half..... what more could you ask for?
Just went back to Esther's Follies after several years and had a great time. The skits were fresh and funny (with a few of the "must see" standards thrown in). Cast was talented and hilarious. I would rate show 5-star with a PG-15 rating for some sexual reference and humor. The pacing of the show was fast, so there was no waiting for scene and act changes. If you haven't been, go, and if you have, you know you want go again!
Good Times
A group of about 10 of us girls went to Esther's Follies for part of a bachelorette party and had a blast. I haven't laughed so much in a while. We loved the comedy based on current events and Austin. What more could one ask for....a great show, good bar, and good times!
Great Time for Austinites and Visitors
I had an awesome time at Esther's Follies! This song, dance, and skit show spoofs politics, pop culture, and current events. I was basically laughing for an hour and a half, and the magician was truly amazing. I highly recommend this show for long time Austinites, tourists, and anyone in between. Well worth it!
