Cigars and Scotch, Wines and Cheeses

I had a great time at the Stephen F's! They have recently updated thier menu with a huge Cigar complimented with an unmatched selection of Scotch. On top of that, they also started a new Cheese Flight menu with the most diverse cheese selections I have seen in Austin.

Pros:

Amazing service, and the highest quality products

Cons:

It gets busy on the weekends and it is hard to find a place to sit on the Terrace!

Saturday night frenzy...

I enjoyed drinks on the patio at Stephen F's on a Saturday evening with just one other person. It was super busy, great place to go if you like people watching. Drinks are average, they ran out of bombay sapphire...the atrosity! it was lovely watching the cars and weirdos go by on Congress!

• Pros: location baby!
• Cons: running out of bombay sapphire

This classy hotel bar ropes them in with great atmosphere and an extensive drink menu.

The sophisticated second-floor lounge attracts both savvy visitors and locals. This hotel bar has that classic upscale Texas look: dark wood, a marble-topped bar, leather chairs and a smattering of Lone Star State memorabilia (including a huge mounted steer's head) and cowboy art. Hotel guests--mostly businessmen and couples in their 40s and 50s--chat alongside boisterous tables of upscale Austinites and dolled-up 20-something debutantes who sip from the long list of ports, sherry, cognacs and tequilas.

Best Date Ever

I had the best date ever in Austin and it ended at Stephen F's. It was the perfect place to wrap up the perfect date. This is a really special place.
