I?ve been using Elite Mobile Services for about 10 years now, and can honestly say if Scot left the business, I wouldn?t have a clue where to get my car repaired. He is very knowledgeable about car repairs (he usually has the problem diagnosed during our conversation over the phone) and is very trustworthy. Scot is very professional and personable, explaining everything upfront before starting work on your vehicle. He fully stands behind his guarantee and makes the job right . Scot?s work ethic goes beyond what you expect out of normal car repair service. reliable mobile service

I was burned by another mobile auto mechanic who bailed on our appointment to look at me car. I was pretty frustrated and then called EMS and spoke with Scott who managed to fit me in his schedule the following morning. He showed up on time for our appointment and got my car started again promptly. the cost was less than i expected to spend and didn't have a towing cost. would recommend to others.

Scot has been servicing and repairing the school buses, vans and other vehicles owned by our school for many years. He is reliable, honest and a great mechanic to boot! Becasue we trust him so much and are so pleased with his service, many of our staff members call on Scot to repair their own vehicles. I am one such staff member and thanks to Scot, can continue to drive my 10 year old vehicle without outrageous repair bills.

Called Scot re a problem with a window regulator.Work was started by another mobile mechanic and he didnt show back to finish Was in quite a bind.He worked me into his schedule,and actually came a day early As promised if a cancel he would call me if he could come earlier then the appt time.Good guy,honest explains everything and was very professional in client care,receipts and all around business attitude.
Bad thing to get stuck with someones elses unfinsihed mess but he was kind enough to take care of it for me.I feel confident if ever I need any follow up with anything I would call him first and also pass on his name to anyone!
This is NOT your fly by night mobile mechanic! Good honest guy..

Scot represents the best in the service industry.
I contacted Scot with a occasional starting problem on my Chevy Imapala this past month and he met me a my place of business after picking up a part at the dealership because of the symptoms I described on the phone.
As things turned out, the problem was caused by a computer issue, not a part needing replaced.
That was no problem, Scot returned the part, and ended up recommending that I might need to see the dealership because of security/ignition issues specific to this model vehicle.
I wonder how many "other" folks in his and other industries would have replaced the part and billed for it anyway...Don't we all often have that suspicion?
I now have a stack of Scot's cards in my car, and will never hesitate to pass them along whenever possible.
When I need automotive work, you know who I'll call.

So I was in Austin for the weekend and my starter went out on Saturday I called three different mobile services one answered and I asked for an estimate and she never called back, the next one did the same thing, the third one never answered their phone what a way to run a business. So I call Scot Haskell and he was there to give me a price quote on how much it would cost and came out within the next 24 hours. If your ever in need to mechanical repairs call this guy he is trustworty, realiable, and friendly! Thanks Scot, the dude with the white maxima!

8/16/07 My daughter's car broke down in Buda on the way from San Antonio to Austin. Hubby was out of town, so he couldn't help. I did a "search" for mobile car repair and saw Scot's awesome reviews. From the first contact to the last, Scot was professional, personable, and went out of his way to help. He got the part, met my daughter at the car in Buda, made the repair (in the pouring rain!) and the price was very fair to say the least! Highly, highly recommend!

On 5/16/ 2207, My 2002 Camry would not start. I work downtown and wondered if it just needed a jump. Well, the jump didn't work and being that I know very little about repairing cars, I wondered how was I going to get it to a repair shop, what shop was close by, and how much is this going to cost. I didn't want to take it to the dealer knowing that would be much more expensive and take forever to get my car back. I needed my car fixed and I needed it as fast as possible being that I commute from Round Rock each day. So I search the web and tried to find the closest repair shop and then I Google Mobile Mechanic and came across Elite Mobile Service and a guy named Scot Haskell. I gave him a call at 2:33 pm and explained my situation. He also explained to me how his services work and the cost associated prior to him arriving. At approx 3:39 pm he was in the parking lot. He troubleshot the problem quickly, and found that the starter was bad. He called for parts, but the auto parts store gave him the wrong starter. Luckily he checked the parts before he left the store. He immediately gave me a called and stated it would be in first thing in the morning and when it arrived he would pick it up and install it. I left my car at my office over night and the next morning at 9:47am, Scot called me and said my car was done and ready to go. The cost of the repairs were more than reasonable when you consider towing, parts, parts pick up and exchange, labor and not to mention he repaired it on the spot. He was very professional, knowledgeable and tech savvy. He even had a mobile office in his van (Laptop, printer, credit card machine etc) where he accepted my credit card and printed out an invoice. Lastly, HE USED GLOVES, therefore no nasty, oily, greasy stains in or on my car. It was all first class. This was my first time using a Mobile Mechanic...and I must say it truly was Elite Mobile Services...Stress free...Feel Free to contact me for question or referral.
