Bad bad bad. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We went there with a car problem, they initially told us $700 to fix. Two days later, it broke down again. They then told us it'd be another $450 to fix, because they "didn't notice something" the first time. What?!?! That is unacceptable. When we complainted to management, they just said "sorry this happens sometimes". NOT what you want to hear where you take your vehicle to be serviced. OH OH OH and forgot the best part! Our car requires two keys, one for entry, one for ignition. Went to pick up the car, and they only had one key. They blamed me saying I only turned in ONE key. OK then how did you fix the car? They had locked the other key in the car, I had to wait around for over an hour for pop-a-lock to unlock the car! Shameful.
Pros: none
Cons: everything

WAY OVER PRICED!!!!!! Will charge you a cool 87 bucks to tell you irrelevant problems than what you are experiencing. Don't be fooled by niceness LADIES, do your homework call around and you will find they charge more than the dealer. They must bless or pray for the parts to charge more than the dealer. Take far too long. They better come pick you up for what they charge, and should throw in lunch!

My husband and I have been using Christian Brothers for years now. Chip and Diane have a fantastic team, and always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. My husband is a very precise kind of guy, and he wouldn't think of letting anyone else touch our vehicles! They make it really easy for us. We really appreciate their pickup and delivery service in the courtesy van. Sometime, when our schedule just won't move, we leave a vehicle there over night and pick it up the next evening. The work has always been great, and the charges on our credit card are accurate. We love Christian Brothers! Thanks for all your awesome service Chip and Diane!!!
Pros: Courtesy Van, Scheduling System, Repair and Maintenance Services
Cons: The don't do body work.

DO NOT take your car to Christian Bro’s in Round Rock unless you want to be ripped off. You have to pay them 87.00 just for the honor of looking at the problem (in my case I had already done half the work of removing the door panel – and I told them what the problem was and I was still charged 87.00)…then if you have them do the work – they don’t apply that money to the labor. So basically you get charged double the labor for any problem your vehicle has. I found out later that I could have had the work done else where for 1/2 the price.

It's never NOT A HEADACHE when your car needs repair and most of the time you write checks your *** can't cash. But if I had to recommend a place... it would be these guys!! Christian Automotive is AWESOME! They are super friendly, work fast and their operation is structured, professional and very clean. Most importantly they have great diagnoses personal so when they do work, they do it the right way. Even better? When they diagnose and fix what they think is the problem and it turns out not to be... they don't charge! (has never happend but it's comforting to know their honest standards) Now don't get me wrong, Christian is expensive in my book but you pay for what you get. And after some research... I found they are defiantly within the market pricing. Normal labor is now between $86-96 an hour. Can you believe that!!?? Anyhow, if your TRUELY looking for honest mechanic's.... and they are HARD to find... trust Christian Brothers. Their name alone is a statement of faith... but so is their work. Thank you guys specially you Neil! Sincerly, Kristy Wheeler (white suburban)

I believe that this repair shop has the right balance of leadership and technical capability. I would recommend that anyone do business with CB Round Rock if they are looking for Christian people in business who strive to be honest and ethical and pride themselves in making the customer feel at ease by explaining the repair process and shooting straight with the customer.
Pros: Location, Service Offerings, Christian Business, Shuttle
Cons: Very busy people, due to great value!

Very fast service. Friendly Staff. I took my truck in for a quick oil change. They were very nice and got it done while I waited. They checked my truck out and filled up my low tire just to be nice. I highly recommend this shop. They do quality work. Great Shop!

I needed to get my oil changed and I have limited time to do it. I go to them because they were only a short distance from my work. I arrive around 11 A.M. and the gentleman tells me EVERYONE IS GOING TO LUNCH, and I should come back around 1 or 2 and when I do I will be in a long line. I thanked him for his time and went to back to work. At around 2:30 I decided I would call before I drove back up there. I asked the gentleman approximately how long it would take to get an oil change and he informed me that if I brought it in there is NO WAY they could get to it today. (They don't close until 6P.M.) I work in customer service and I never tell the customer what we can't do for them, only what I can do. And the fact is if they are this busy, WHY in the world would they send everyone to lunch for 2 hours. Maybe I just got a guy who doesn't care about his job, but I promise that he, or Christian Brothers will never have to worry about me getting an oil change there (or anything else for that matter.)

I have a 2 year old daughter so when I took my car into Just Brakes to get a basic brake job and found out it would take more than 2 hours, I decided we needed to find a place that has stores close by so we can walk and spend some time shopping. Well, Christian Brother's Automotive has an excellent location for that. However, I called first to get a quote on a basic brake job (I already got a quote from my DEALERSHIP for around $380 after they inspected my car and then a quote from Just Brakes for $148) and they're quote.......$505 minimum! I couldn't help but laugh. Sorry, but that's just rediculous. I will never take my car there.
