I was fortunate to stumble on Pedley-Richard and Associates with my move from San Jose, CA to Austin, TX in 2005. I had never even been to Texas, and the staff at Pedley-Richard proved invaluable in my job search. They found me a great vp of engineering position and really made me feel welcome. Sally Pedley, CEO, Deborah Richard, President, and Tom Schable, Operations & HR Manager were all incredibly professional and kind, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who works in technology. A special thanks to Tom my "Rennaisance Man" for helping me to find the best food, clubs, and galleries for my wife in Austin - You rock man!! - Eric Moriarty
Pros: I had a totally great experience. Could not ask for more! And no fees at all!
Cons: No cons at all, they did exactly what I expected and MORE!
