overpriced yuppie cuisine. it feels like you are joining some kind of cult when you walk in. the place gives a vibe like everyone there is a heavens gate member still waiting for the hale-bopp comet. the food is extremely pricey and totally not worth it... 20 dollars for some brown rice and steamed veggies?! really!? the food looks like the cover of one of those hoity toity vegetarian cooking mags and tastes about as good as the paper they're printed on to. its great if you're a soccer mom that needs a story to impress her pilates group... but i think ill pass.

This location is in no way an indication of many locations around the country but it sems odd that the Flagship is so dead set on poor judgement. Yes its Austin but subsidising the tattoo profession is not well intentioned. Consider what your staf has to look forward to. Know to the food, quality and pricing. Good prepared food onsite! Service is average at best. In particular the bakery staff and chocolate counter are arrogant and not knowledgable. Prices are out of line with the market. Just because your sales are good isn't a sign of your good steward mantra being observed.
Pros: Good Gourmet Selection
Cons: Save the Freak Show for When I'm Not Paying
