RUDE RUDE RUDE. The lady on the phone was not the least interested in my business. She told me no one would help me if i came in to look around, that i must a serious renter. If i go one day over rental, she would charge double (i needed the costume for a party in a far-off state). And i better show up an hour before closing because they would kick me out of the store precisely at closing time. Plus, rental prices sounded expensive. I've never rented a costume and simply wanted some information, but her responses made it absolutely clear that she had no interest in my business.…

Great Costumes!. The owner was working on something at the time for a play, but she dropped everything to help me. Her inventory was amazing! I think she said she had been collecting for 15 + years. She had the whole place memorized, and new around what size would fit. You do not have to pay per day of rental, which is nice.

She works hard for plays, but you can tell she has a love for the arts. You can rent anytime, not just Halloween.
