I first used NACO Pools to construct a motel property I own. After seeing how they worked with my General Contractor I immediately called them for my personal home pool. They worked just as professional and detailed on it. Very instructive on the the process again. It took about a month longer than they had first stated but I had made some changes so that was understandable. The finish product was fantastic. Erin Sloane

I did extensive research on pool companies looking at established history, experience and finish product. I can tell you that NACO Pools exceeded in all those areas. I was first impressed with how long they have been around, not a fly by night company. Also, very personal attention. The entire process they were in direct contact with me and kept me informed of schedules and stages. Our new pool is beautiful and hassle free from any of the usual maintance problems on normal pools. We have already had 2 neighbors start with them and are just as pleased.
Pros: Attention to detail, pleasant process, great finished product.

1. Unreliable. 2. Project was late. 3. Unprofessional 4. Sloppy work 5. They should not be in the market building pools 6. Don't return calls when you they make mistakes on projects -- they disappear 7. Don't show up to project for weeks at a time. 8. Don't understand how they have stayed in business.

I have built 3 pools across the country due to work and these guys are second to none. In service and product.
