Word of Mouth was a disappointment . Our coordinator was inexperienced, gave us promises that were not delivered, never followed up before or after the event and charged for items never delivered and food promised but unseen. We were charged for tables that were delivered but not used because our coordinator never planned seating needs. I had requested linen napkins and a variety of soft drinks and herbal teas. I was handed a paper napkin and offered unflavored ice tea as a beverage. Our WofM coordinator never called the day before or the day of the event to inquire as to our needs or if supplies were in place. I ordered floral center pieces for tables that were never set-up and spent my time supervising equipment placement instead of being with my guests. The three thousand dollar bill (for 30 guests) was adjusted only slightly after numerous phone calls .
Pros: helpful wait staff
Cons: expensive, inexperienced cordina, poor event direction-
