Erin is Awesome!!

I got 12 inches cut off my hair to donate and was nervous about a new hairstlye. Erin made me feel very comfortable and she gave me great advice on what would look good with my features. I LOVE my new style!!! Erin is a lot of fun and I'll definitely be going back to her next time I need a cut!

Best Spa for EVERYTHING

Halina's is the place to go for everything! They do skin, nails, feet, hair, massage, tanning, etc, etc, etc. And not only do they do it all but they do it right...right down to the receptionist who is SO FRIENDLY!

do not step foot in this place!

Do not go to this place, It is a living nightmare. I was there not too long ago because I had a gift certificate. The owner of the spa refused to honor it. She yelled at me over the phone when I tried to talk to her. The receptionists harass me and threatened to call the police. I tried to talk to the manager and the owner forbid her plus refused to come to the salon to clear things out. I ended up having to call the police to come rescue me. When I told the owner that she had acted in a criminal manner, I got told that "her husband is a lawyer" something that she confirmed in a bullying tone and as if the fact that she is married to a lawyer gave her the right to act this way.

I am not making this story up and unless you want to have a traumatic experience and have to call the police to come rescue you do not set foot in this place.

While I was not personally involved with the situation described, I do believe that the problem involved an expired gift card from 2005 that was presented for payment at our Burnet Road location, not here in Round Rock. When we received this card, it had been altered, the "5" in the expiration year changed to a "9" by hand. The original sale in the database showed an expiration date of 2005. We are always willing to work with clients if they call about an expired card. Under normal circumstances we extend the expiration date on the card so that it can be redeemed. But because this card was altered in an attempt to fraud our company, we were not willing to accept it as payment for services. In the future, honesty is always the best policy. Finally, the police were asked to come to the spa, but this was because the appointment was not paid for. At the end of the day, the police required this client to pay for services rendered.

extraordinary service

i have been a client for many years and, now that i am back from ten years in orange county, california, i can say that halina is far superior to salons/spas in san diego, oc and los angeles. very professional, dedicated staff with outstanding customer service

Awesome!

Great place to unwind and relax. Great atmosphere. All services are great.....manis, pedis, massage etc. Pam is the best when it comes to color and cuts. I always look and feel great when I leave Halina's.

I could of had a V-8

I have to say I was disapointed. Nothing spectacular. They took me in to a small, hot room that resembled a obygn clinic. It had no pizazz at all. No candles, or neat colorful flowers, like the website makes you think. From the website, I thought I was going to be walking into this beautiful elegant, fresh sight, instead I got the opposite. They took me straight to the little white room. The actual message was ok, but a tad rough. I felt a little tense to the point where she kept saying relax, you are very tense. I was too. In the end I got a good massage and I did feel good afterward. Very calm and relaxed. Will I go back. I don't think so...

great service - great price

so nice to find a great spot in round rock. I used to live in DT austin and there are a lot of choice there.

I was impressed at how beautiful the place was and how great my services were.
