I dropped of pair of designer shoes off to have new soles put on and polished. The price was very high compared to places I've used when I lived out of state. They also tried to up-sell me on having the heels re-wrapped, which would have cost $90! Anyway, I went to pick up the shoes and there was a sign on the door saying that they were at lunch and would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and decided to make a phone call on my cell to pass the time. When the guy finally came back he refused to help me until I got off the phone. He had a passive aggressive attitude/tone and said "no, you seem very busy, I'll wait until you are off the phone". I put the phone aside and told him my name and that it was fine, and he said "no, you're on the phone, we'll just wait"! He was so rude. I would put his name out here if I thought I could, but they should seriously consider getting a new employee. This is after I waited for him to get lunch during regular business hours. The shoes actually looked really good, so the work is great, but the service is not and the prices are high. If there was another place in town, I would try it. In the meantime, I think I'll send my shoes out of state to be repaired.
