I scheduled a cleaning with Castle Cleaning for Thursday of this week. He assured me that his team would arrive by 11am. So 11am came and went, then 11:30, 12, 12:30, 1, 1:30, still no cleaners. I called at least 4 times during this 2 1/2 hour waiting period to see when/if they would arrive. No response until 1:30, only to be told that they would not arrive until 4:00 or later-NO THANKS! So, in addition to not having our house cleaned, the baby-sitter that was here all morning was paid for in vain, as I was unable to leave the house(for a first time cleaning I wanted to be present to instruct on specific cleaners, etc.) So, all in all, a waste of a day and still a dirty house. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY and teach them to respect your time by NOT USING THIS BUSINESS EVER!

The crew is so friendly and our home hasn't looked or smelled as clean since we first bought it! Great job guys!

We have been using Castle Cleaning at our office for a while and when we found out they also did residential maid service, we had them come out to our home to clean. They did a great job and our house smells wonderful afterwards! We highly recommend them, their service is fantastic!

My wife was very happy we chose this Austin based company for our house cleaning. We used other cleaning companies before in the past, but this one by far has the best customer service and attention to detail when cleaning our home.
