When you often have to wait at least 20 minutes to check out at the few cashiers that are open and finding some one to answer a simple question becomes a hunting trip, the prices better be extra special. No chance of that. They have bigger qualities-no surprise-that when compared to smaller packages at other stores are often the same or more expensive. Add the terrible parking and generally hostile shoppers, you wonder why you ever joined.
Pros: Not many
Cons: Many

Don't get trapped into believing you are going to save money in this place. Their products are just buckier not cheaper. When you consider the membership fee you are already in a hole to start with. They try to upgrade your membership to the $100 one, which you may break even if you shop for a small army. The store is constantly jacking up the markup on what can only called inferior and limited goods. The checkout lines will raise your blood-pressure to boiling, especially when you see most of the cashier stations closed. Customer service, or the lack there of, will suprise you. Parking can be a nightmare too. Overall, this place isn't worth it.

Good deals, like the organic selection, good food, good pizza, family friendly. Like Costco's brand, Kirkland, expecially their diapers!
Pros: Good deals, like the organic selection, good food, good pizza, family friendly, good diapers!
Cons: it is so good, it is usually busy! seems crowded sometimes even though it is huge!

We like shopping here especially when they send out coupons for additional savings. The down side of it, it doesn't open until 10:30/11am, which for me makes taking my daughter hard it's late in the morning, makes getting there and back home before picking her up from school hard (we live out 79). It seems the "traffic" of visitors are very rude, cut in front of you, very snotty, not pleasant at all and every time we go it's just not pleasant when it comes to the other shoppers. I'm not sure why people that are snotty or think they are financially better off shop there and make things difficult for those that do, but it's annoying to deal with when you try to teach your kids manners and respecting others and this store is one huge lesson on how not to act and treat others. The feeling isn't take your time and look around it's get in and get out, avoid other people because they will just be rude or run you over and it's not an enjoyable experience from that stand point. The fact they have tons of samples usually is a draw and I usually buy something off my list when I'm able to try something I wouldn't normally buy. The return policy is one of the best of any store I've been to, no questions asked, very friendly staff, that is a really wonderful experience if you ever have to take something back. It's wonderful they have a lot of local breads and items to help local sellers, which is great. I hope to see more local items! I wish they would build one further up north and east of 35 to accomodate the others outside the city, but thanks to the toll road getting there is a much quicker drive. Over all buying in bulk if you know your prices can save you a ton of money each year and they send out coupons which the other large warehouse store does not, so the extra savings really does help when trying to budget for our family! Happy shopping!
Pros: Great return policy, they send out coupons and lots of samples every day of the week!
Cons: Other customers are usually very rude at the 183 location and parking is a huge headache!
