i had been wanting to visit giada for a couple weeks when me and two girlfriends decided to check it out for prom dresses. we couldn't find it for the life of us. when we finally reached it, we were AMAZED at the selection of dresses. they were gorgeous. they were unlike anything we had found yet in any other store, department and boutique. the owner was extremely helpful in dress selection and very attentive to anything we would have needed. i love my dress so much and everyone i know loves it too. definately worth the trouble finding the place...

Giada Rocco is the place to go!!!!!

First of all:Don't listen the the reviews below about this place being bad and rude people and liars because that is all UNTRUE! Giada Rocco has amazing dresses that are beautiful and nothing like anybody elses. you want something that will stand out against all other dresses come here. i've bought the past two years dresses from here for prom and everyone at my school loved my dresses. people still talk about how gorgeous mine was last year and where i got it. Her dresses have an lasting empression on people because they are so unique and gorgeous. i have been very pleased with her dresses(: they fit like a glove! so if you're wanting a dress Giada Rocco is the place to go. Michelle is incrediblely nice and soooo helpful. She helps me pick the perfect dress. Thank you so muchhhh michelle!!!! But really COME HERE for an amazing dress that you and everyone else will love!!! You won't regret coming here.

Best Dress Boutique

My experiences with Giada Rocco Boutique have been absolutely amazing! The past two years I have bought my prom dress at Giada and I couldnt be happier. Michelle has a great selection of dresses to choose from. Also, I have never before received such amazing personalized service. Michelle must have spent an hour helping me pick out the perfect dress. If you are in search of a high-quality, special occasion dress, you HAVE to visit Giada Rocco. It is well worth your time.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!

The dresses are made with GREAT fabric and they are all so unique! The head designer works with what you want, and makes sure that you get exactly what it is you are looking for! Her attention to detail is spectacular! I will definitely be coming back to this place to get ALL of my special occassion dresses!

Amazing Experience!! Amazing Dress

I cannot say enough about our experience at Giada Rocco. The owner and also designer, Michelle, personally helped my daughter until she found just the right dress that made her feel like she was ready to walk the red carpet. She was so patient and helpful as my daughter tried on literally dozens of dresses, of which she loved them all! The only decision was deciding on which one would be her favorite. Michelle knew which styles and colors were best suited for my daughters coloring and body type. She made her feel special and her enthusiasm in helping her find the perfect dress never faded!! In the end we decided on this beautiful and elegant gold and white dress, of which the fabric was so delicate and lovely. Both my daughter and I felt this is a shop we will return to AGAIN and AGAIN! LOVED LOVED BOTH THE SHOP AND THE OWNER!!!

• Pros: Amazing and Unique Selection, Amazing Customer Service!!!
• Cons: Only con, is I wished I had known about her shop sooner!! No cons!

My daughter and I just bought another lovely dress at Giada. Both my daughters have now bought prom dresses there and it's become a family tradition. The styles all seem to be unique in Austin, and the staff is so sweet!!! Thanks again ladies.....

Best Shopping Experience

Thanks so much to Giada Rocco and especially to the owner Michelle. She made my wedding dress some months ago and it was so beautiful! I thought I was being unreasonable because I needed it so quickly, but Michelle made me feel at ease with the time we had. The sales staff was very sweet and helpful as always. Very down-to-earth and knowledgeable. I have shopped there off an on for years for separates and dresses, but it was the wedding dress experience that really wowed me. Thanks girls!

Horrible Staff, Poor Policies - Worst Shopping Experience EVER

I'm not the type of person that generally rants on the internet - in fact, I've never felt the need to make such a commentary, until now. I have no idea why this place is still in business. The sales girls are not only unhelpful, they are incredibly RUDE and downright liars. They didn't help me find what I needed, and when I did pick out two dresses that were somewhat acceptable, they assured me that I could always return the items if I changed my mind. THAT IS A LIE - this store WILL NOT let you return anything. (It was an unworn item with the tags still on, mind you, that I tried to return a few days later.) Additionally, the tags on the dresses claim that the store will do alterations for FREE, which is another LIE. The sales girls will later tell you that they don't do alterations, but you can take it to a tailor and get 10% off their services. The one dress that I did want to keep cost $1500. For $1500, I expect a little more than a slight discount from some second-rate tailor down the block. I also expect helpful staff, not some snotty little shopgirl giving me attitude for no apparent reason. I will never do business here again.
