Average but pricey

I have no complaints about the color and cut I received last month. I did take issue with the "add-on" you aren't asked if you want. ( at the shampoo station). Make sure you know the price before you start, or you might faint when you get the bill.

The day I went, there was a very nice lady giving hand massages. Nice touch!

I've gone in several times to purchase various products ( including candles) and they are always out. I wonder how much money they loose by not keeping the place well stocked. Just a bit frustrating, and bad business.

GO SEE ANNA FOR COLOR!!!

I've been following Anna around for years, and she's just moved to Breeze. I've gotten my hair done by her for the past 5 years, and would never go to anyone else! She used to be at Salon JR, but thankfully she has moved -- Breeze is wonderful! The salons are tastefully decorated, the people are so nice and I like it there much better!

Go see Anna at Breeze if you want a great color from a wonderful person. Anna has a great attitude, always smiling and ready for a laugh. She is a bright spot in anyone's day, and it just makes it better that she does a wonderful color job every time I go see her!!

I love this place

Everytime I have been to Breeze it has been awesome. I love my stylist and so does my daughter. Just wanted to give a thumbs up and a thank you to the staff for doing such a great job!

staff is very helpful and accomidating, never had a bad experience and I have been going to this salon for 3 years. I love Andrea she does great with my hair and the pedicures are the best ever. I also like the care and cleanliness of the salon and the aveda tea is my favorite

Bad Service, High Prices, Rude People

This is such a bad business, so disappointing.

I was waiting for an appointment when a woman with a stroller came in to buy shampoo, the 3 blondes at the front desk were SO rude to her, to top it off, when the Mom was leaving the salon the girls started giggling because the Mom tried to push the door open with her back because of the stroller but the door was locked. (The other side of the door was unlocked, but neither door was marked.) None of the girls helped the woman, insteasd they obviously snickered and whispered to each other. When I realized what was going on I helped the woman get out the unlocked door, she looked so embarassed.

After all this I went to a new stylist (my usual was out of town) when I was done she walked me up front and when one of the "3 front blondes" asked how much to charge me the stylist asked how much my usual person charges me, when the 3rd blonde said how much the sylist said "charge her that same amount". I thought that was odd and I asked how much the stylist usually charges and it was $15 less than what I was paying!!

I will NEVER go to Breeze again, I would rather drive 20+ miles to Austin to get Aveda products and to a good business that deserves my money.

Never a disappointment

I have been having my hair cut and colored by Debra at Breeze for almost three years. I get compliments all the time, have never been disappointed. The staff in the hair salon is great, but I have to mention the marvelous massage (deep tissue) and fabulous facial as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the availability of a complimentary refreshment and the bonus points system. Breeze also sponsors many community events and contributes to many not-for-profit agency fundraisers. They are truly a community gem.

Terrible Customer Service

I have tried on three separate occassions to make a first time appointment. Each and every time I called I was placed on hold for over 3 minutes!! This salon obviously doesn't need new clients. This is something that is not practiced in CA., where competition is tough and where they need and care about new clients.

As a consumer, I am able to pick and choose where I want to spend my money. This is not the place where I choose to spend my cash.

DO NOT CARE ABOUT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

They DO NOT Care about the business. I have tried to contact this salon numerous times and no one has contacted me back!!

I have been a regular client of Ashley's since last year for the second time. I was in your salon on Wednesday, 2/25/09 and I feel I was over-charged for the service provided. I made an appointment for a 5pm haircut and was back in my car at 5:15pm. Ashley cut my hair dry, then asked me if I wanted my hair washed and styled. I have never been asked this in any of my prior services. I had washed my hair that morning, so I did not see a need in the wash and style since it was offered. So, when the front desk closed me out, it was the same price?? I asked her why it was the same price since my hair was not washed nor styled. She went back to talk to Ashely and she told her to take off $5. So, instead of $55, I am paying $50 for less than 15 minute dry cut. I told her I really did not feel comfortable with paying that price with no wash or style. She went back to Ashley again and she said, "I am a senior stylist and that is my price". I reluctantly paid for a service I did not receive. I have been with your salon for many years, I was with you on Rock St, then the move to the smaller house. I moved away and came back last year. I am extremely disappointed and never would have thought I would have been treated like this. I keep on thinking to myself, since it was discounted $5, is your service for wash and style $5? It just does not make sense to me at all. I responded to the Contact Us on their site and never got a response. I really do not feel this is the way you value a client's business. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
