I called for a cab and the dispatcher laughed at me and said "good luck finding one with the game". She made it sound like I asked one of the dumbest questions. I then called American Yellow Checker Cab which is who I typically use and got a cab in about 10 minutes. This was my second bad experience with Austin Taxi and I won't try again.
Pros: none
Cons: patronizing dispatcher, not timely
