The Steam Team saved the day!!!!

I LOVED working with Josh, Wes, Cy, and Leo. Everyone was very professional and very very nice. They were great about returning calls, answering my questions, coming to my house several times, and getting me and my house back together after my washing machine overflowed. I had the best experience, much better than I could have possibly expected. Thank you, thank you, thank you Josh, Wes, and Leo!!! I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know how great the guys were! Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I told Leo that I will look forward to seeing him in a year to clean my carpet again!! I am also telling all of my Facebook friends about you guys!!! Thanks again! Call them when your house floods or when you need your carpets cleaned!! Tell them I sent you! : )

We have used Steam Team for many years to clean tile grout. Anthony came this year and worked us in to accommodate a party we were having. Everything looked great. Very professional. Will use again and have already recommended to others. Thanks.

Great Job

I had my Stairs, hallway and 2 rooms cleaned by the Steam Clean team last week. They had early appointments available and easy to schedule. The day of the cleaning, the dispatcher called ahead because the tech would be delayed a bit. Anthony got here before the estimated time and did a patient and thorough job. I would definitely use and recommed them again. Thanks Steam Team!

Fresh and Clean!

I called the Steam Team when I saw their offer on "groupon" and got 3 rooms steamed cleaned & treated for $69.00. What a deal! Even though we have a home carpet shampooer, I knew they would do a better job by far and I was NOT disappointed. Matt was on time, very polite & efficient and I will call him back when needed.

Excellent, professional job

Matt showed up about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was certainly not a problem (though we were told we'd get a 30-min advance notice). He was very professional and a real pleasure to deal with. The carpet cleaning was very thorough with a lot of attention paid to detail. I'd certainly use The Steam Team again. Ask for Matt!

The Steam Team

I called The Steam Team on a Thursday at 0755hrs. I got the answering service and left a message that I would like information on getting some work done. To my surprise I got a call from Tiffany, who sound amazing, to follow up on my request. She answered all my questions and was supper nice to deal with. She said she could have a guy to my place in two hours. We agreed on the following day at 1000hrs. Matt arrived on time, took a look at the job and advised me of the best way to proceed. He worked steadily and did a fantastic job. He made sure I was pleased with his work before getting out the paperwork. I would like to thank Matt and Tiffany for very professional and courteous job. I highly recommend them.

I need the carpet both cleaned and stretched. Matt Hagebusch arrived on time, quickly assed what needed to be done and got right to work. He was able to complete the work in a timely manor. He did a very good job.

The Steam Team Is Fantastic

Matt Hagebusch did a fantastic job on our rather old and very dirty carpet. He was on time, professional, and went to extra trouble and effort to retreat some very stained areas and even to tidy up frayed edges. Carpet looks 100% better. Will definitely use The Steam Team again

Matt Hagebusch is an outstanding service technician. On time, efficient, friendly and respectful of our home and its contents. We have used Steam Team before and always have received very good service but Matt is head and shoulders above any service person we have encountered.
