Our experience was great for my older children that can drive the cars and bumper boats. Paying for my 3,4 and 5 yr. olds was a waste of $45 since they can't ride much and playing golf is too structured for a smaller child. Paying for myself was a waste as well since my kids were too small, I couldn't take them on anything. No one lets you know these things prior to purchase. The pizza is bare and not that great, video games that are free are always broken. We will be going out for our 5th visit regardless,,,my older children love the laser tag and the cars, plus they'll eat anything. If they like it, I love it.

Pros: older children love the rides, laser tag. They feel independent.

Cons: Nothing for the younger children, tell customers when they pay for a two yaer old that they can't ride.

I went to Austin's Park with my family last weekend and it was the most fun we had in a long time. There was something for everyone, even my husband enjoyed it. My husband and my son had a blast on the go karts, and the best part was they could ride as many times as they wanted, we didn't have to pay extra or buy any other packages we paid one price and had access to everything. I personally loved the laser tag, and arcade games, they even had the old pac man that I used to play when i was a kid, boy did that bring back some memories. All and all I have to say that this place was a great value, my family and i will deffinately be back.

Pros: Great Value

Cons: None that i can think of

Great time! My wife had her company picnic at the park last week, I must say I did not want to go at first but I had a great time. I had no idea there were so many activities for adults and kids, it was fun acting like a kid again. The go carts and laser tag are great and you can ride as many times as you want. The food was included in the package and the beer is ice cold. I wish there was one located in South Austin, this is the best deal in town.

Pros: great place

Cons: not south

This place is for the birds, It has lost it's hospitatlity on so many levels. 1st. off my son takes off with his cousin to ride the race cars outside & they wait for 30 min. in the hot sun for their turn. They finally get to the entrance and the employee lets my nephew go but not my son. Apparently my son is inches from being able to drive. Well isn't that just lovely, you think you could have told us that when we got here? The cashier we bought the wristbands from said he's tall enough but now he's not. Which one is it? So they have a little train outside thats great for toddlers to ride but, oh yeah, it's always broken or there is noone to man it. You pay an arm and a leg for the wristband to get in(thats with coupons!) and most of the games that are included are broken or there is a wait to play them. Oh yeah, the entrance fee includes a buffet but not a drink, thats extra. Also, the good games that the kids are going to want to play are extra too, so you will need to buy tokens for those. At the end of the day when the kids count all their tickets and turn them in for prizes, they offer the worst cheapy toys in the world. You play $60 worth of tokens for a 99cent made in china plastic toy. After all that money they are sucking out of you you would figure they would offer better prizes. Family nights should be a great experience, we all should have fun! But when you come home after you have spent $200 and the kids are let down cause they didn't get to do the games and rides they wanted to do & all of them are bummed cause the cheapy toys (you paid $60 worth of tokens on) broke on the way home, you have to ask, is this worth it? NO! In a nutshell, I would avoid this place, it's not worth your hard earned money and precious family time!!

Cons: Broken Games, Expensive, Gross salad Bar, Expensive

I've lived in Austin for 20 yrs. & I've never had a really bad experience, Until I went to Austin Park & Pizza. 2 wks ago my sister had a birthday party for her son. The kids go off on their arcade adventure, their wristband entitles them to the arcade games. So I took my 3 yr old son to the little kids area and guess what, the free games are all down& the only ones that work are the ones you have to buy tokens for. So I'm waiting for the manager cause he's on his cell phone. 7 min. later I find another manager who sees me 1st cause I have this irritated look on my face. They fix 1 so I ended up buying tokens cause my son got bored with the same game. Why did I buy a $20 wristband? So my 8 yr. old son goes to play the bumper boat & comes back 45 min. later to tell me that 3 teenage employees working the bumper boats were cussing and being mean. GREAT! So my sister gets the manager to tell him what happened. He apologizes and says he will take care of it. I guess he meant next week cause he didn't do anything about it while we were there. We sit down in the huge dining area&we are there for almost an hour when a waitress comes up to us & tells us we HAVE to move because it is reserved for a party. There was no reserved sign & no one came up to us before we sat to tell us that it's reserved. So we had to pack up and find a new spot. At this point I'm just irritated and the kids are bummed out. So the manager comes up to us to apologize for any inconvenience and offers us some fresh pizza. Pizza? It's a damn buffet? No thanks, we have had more than enough of Austin Park and Pizza. I'm insulted that you even put Austin in your title. I don't recommend this place, we went on a thursday and this happened, I can't imagine the weekend. You are better off buying $2 kites, packing a picnic and relaxing at the park. On your way home, stop off and rent a game and get on the floor and play with your kids. You all will be happy and you managed to save $200+ doing it :)

Cons: Teenage employees with a potty mouth, broken arcade games, EXPENSIVE!

We went with some friends and their kids this Saturday and had a blast! The place is huge and there were plenty of things to keep everyone busy all day. They even had a huge projection TV so the Dad's could watch the UT game while we rode rides with the kids. I thought the price was very fair especially since you pay one flat price and can stay for hours. The buffet is even included and the food was great. Lots to choose from and everything i tried was good. I can't think of a better place to spend a Saturday that can keep my kids entertained that long. They are already trying to talk me into going back!

Pros: pricing, lots of activities, food

Pros: wide variety of games and rides for one price

Cons: limited variety of deserts

We have been there 3 times, the last being for my 6 year old's birthday party. It is a great family outing. Our 6 & 3 yr old children both love it. The pizza/salad is just ok & we did not like that your drink is not included in the fee. However, the outdoor activities were great. The racecars, bumper boats & miniature golf were our favorites. If your child is less than 40 inches, they are very limited on what they can do outside (but they are free) & still have fun. You can stay as long as you want, which helps make up for the pricey cost. Anyway, it is quite fun & worth trying out. There is something there for everyone to enjoy.

Pros: Lots of things to do both inside & out. Action packed.

Cons: Not a lot to do if you are under 40 inches. Pizza/salad is just ok; drink not included.

great place to take the little people...really big..offers lots of entertainment from laser tag and bumper cars to mini golf and a plethora of indoor video games. food was great (pizza), but didn't like the fact that drinks are not included in the price and are separate. But would definitely recommend to others.

Pros: food

Cons: price

Pizza buffet ok, lacking on salad and desert was almost non existant. Had a hard time getting anyone to help with anything. A bit slow on keeping up the pizza, though the pizza was good.

Pros: Good pizza

Cons: A bit pricy for kids and virtually nothing for small tots
