Effortless! Stephanie came to our new home, was infinitely patient while I chose exactly what I wanted, measured each window carefully, and was, herself, delightful. The blinds arrived precisely on time and were installed quickly and well. I was even given tips on how best to use them. Perfect service from start to finish. Recommend them HIGHLY! I've never had such a splendid experience with window treatments or found such nice people in the process.
Pros: excellent attention to detail and impeccable service.

Having moved into our new house in November 07, we needed window & door coverings for every room. We also wanted everything installed by Christmas, as we had family visiting. We contacted Austin-tatious Blinds & Shutters & arranged for a consultation. Tracey was fantastic & she had some really good suggestions about the products that we should use. Everything was installed in time for Christmas & when we had a small problem with a couple of blinds, all it took was a call to the office, followed by a visit from Kenny to rectify the problems & everything was sorted, excellent customer service. We are so pleased that we chose Austin-tatious Blinds & Shutters & I would certainly recommend that all my friends use this company.

Excellent service. Great rates. Nice people. I couldn't ask for more. They worked within my budget and gave my office an excellent, finished look. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with my new shutters and blinds. The total effect exceeded my expectations! Tracey took the time in helping me select the right things for my house. I have already received so many compliments from the neighbors and friends who have come by. My shutters are so awesome - what I always wanted - and the look and feel that I wanted! The work was very professionally done, and they have excellent people working for them. Their prices were very reasonable, and the whole package was much more affordable and well-coordinated than any others I had considered. I highly recommend giving them a call first. You will not be disappointed!

The staff at Austin-tatious Blinds and Shutters made purchasing new window treatments for my home soooo much easier. I had no idea what I wanted or what would look best and their helpful staff was able to point me in the right direction. I found something that fit the decor of my rooms and within my budget. I would use their service again in a heartbeat!

Thanks for helping me choose such great selections in window treatments. You patiently helped me understand my options and guided me to make perfect choices within my budget. The installation was flawless. If my husband had done it, it would have been intensely stressful and no where near as well done.

I had a very good experience with Austin Tatious Blinds. They were way cheaper than my other blinds bids and the blinds were installed correctly.

The products and installation were good but customer service is lacking. Very slow to respond. I reported a problem and didn't get any action on it for well over a month.
Pros: In home selection, installation
Cons: Non-responsiveness, slow
