Burned my skin and left 6 marks on my face. My technician was very friendly and sounds very professional. I had two coupons which was good for two photo facials and two chemical peals. After first photo facial, I had a big burn on my forehead and two small burn on my cheek.

My technician gave me one free chemical peel and told me that she can treat and mark she made will be gone but she told me that the aged spot, I original came in for, won't go away. I did other chemical peel by her suggestion and she said it is ready to do photo facial after that. She burn my face again... and this time I have one big burn, two small burns on my forehead and two burn on my cheek.

Everyone asked what happened to my face when they saw burns on my face which was opposite result I was hoping for.

This time, I decided not to go back to this salon. I was afraid that it gets worse than better. I am currently seeing other medical spa to treat what this techinician created on my face and I am not sure these mark will ever go away.…

Very satisfied so far:). I am currently in the process of having laser hair removal on my legs at the Alite location in Round Rock. I got a good deal with a Groupon for 6 treatments I upgraded to use on my legs. I have only had two treatments and have seen good results already. What I like about Alite is that they use a temporary paint to mark where they have applied the laser, so they know the area has been completely covered. Also, they make sure include your toes with the lower leg. I was surprised how well the laser worked on me. I noticed that my leg hair has stopped growing in some spots and when it does grow back it is really slow growth and lighter than it was before. Best Money spent!. This is my first time to write a review but after my awesome experience there, I feel it's well deserved. I had debated getting laser treatment because I had heard so many horror stories from my friends. When I bought the Groupon for bikini hair removal, I was very nervous. A year later I am now going back to do my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I do not EVER have to shave or wax and Dawn has always been professional, knowledable and made me feel comfortable. I am excited to have my legs done too and know it is a great value for my money. I just completed my third hair removal treatment at Alite L. I just completed my third hair removal treatment at Alite Laser on my bikini, and I LOVE it!!!! The first session was really scary because I was concerned about the pain. The first treatment happen to be the only treatment that I experienced a sharp, pinch-like feeling with each “blast” from the laser (the feeling went away as soon as she was finished with the treatment, my second treatment I hardly felt any pain at all.) The absolute best thing I have found from this experience is that I no longer have irritation or razor burns from shaving. When I use to shave before Alite Laser, the next day I would have bumps and redness from even the expensive razors. I didn’t know which was worst, hair or razor burn. I was told that it would take 8-10 treatments for my desired hair removal process and I’m already overjoyed with just my third treatment! I wish I had done this years ago!…

Thousands of dollars gone. I still have hair in all the areas I had lasered even though they guaranteed after 6 sessions it would be gone and after 12 sessions, I STILL have hair. You should never guarantee something you can't live up to.…

Don't even go elsewhere. never been happier to take off my pants! But really, it's quality work here and I have been around when it comes to laser salons. I have dark hair and olive skin, so many times it's happened where the hair comes back the following week, but I have not had that experience here. Also, it's not an uppity, little, overpriced salon. Good work, ladies!

Best Laser hair removal and great locations. Alite is the best! Their front desk staff is extremely helpful and full of knowledge about treatments. Dallas, at the Round Rock location is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable when you're not fully clothed, (which is a huge bonus - since that can be a bit uncomfortable). I highly recommend requesting her.

They are also adding a south location for those of you that have found it a bit far to drive to central Austin or Round Rock for your treatments. You must check them out before going anywhere else. There are no contracts!

Oh, and I forgot to mention the hair removal is the best thing about it. The hair is gone, gone, gone! Send in your spouses as well. Everyone can benefit from getting something done!…
