Used W.O.W. to clean the carpets in a rental home we were moving out of. Since we had moved out already the job was easy since there was no furniture in their way. What is important to me is a company that maintains contact regarding arrival time and coming when promised. They did just that. The crew called as promised to notify us when they were coming, and arrived when they were supposed to. The crew was professional and polite, both dressed in company shirts and did a great job. No hassles, price charged was price promised without any sales pitches for more areas or additional services. Would use them again.
Pros: Arrived on time, polite and professional crew. Work was good.
