April and Brittany Hair Color still not right by Cindy B. at InsiderPages

Hey ladies I just wanted to let you know that I got my hair colored and recolored last week, unfortunately I am still not feeling like I got the color I wanted. I wanted to be auborne and I am still brown (kinda mousy and it still has a tint of green). I know you guys tried your best to get the color we looked at on the swatches and you probably won't want to color me again, but I just thought you should know that after 2 attempts the color is still not Auburn. I went to Sally's beauty supply and they recommended an auburn glaze to try that. I am reluctant to put anything else on my hair so soon but I just really want that deep auburn color and I know April you didn't want me to freak out by too much red, but that is really what I wanted. A rich deep auburn hair color like I had as a kid. I'll probably not come back to your shop, I have other ladies in the business (Title Bus) that have told me that you don't like to color hair red for some reason. I don't want to hurt your feelings April but I just thought you should know that with money as tight as it is it really is important to get what you want when paying 85.00 for a color. Maybe I should have had highlights added or something, but unfortunately I couldn't afford that right now with the market being so slow. I love you guys and I hate it that I probably will have to try someone else when I get paid again and can afford to go. I know you have allot going on with your photography studio, etc. but you need to know that I think it's very important to listen to your customers and for them to feel that they are your priority and that your focus is on your customer when there. I know it's hard with all the interruptions coming in during the day unannounced visitors and such. I know you want honesty and I hope I don't hurt your feelings I just want you to think about what I'm hearing from other ladies I work with and ma

Just wonderful

April and Brittany make this oasis possible.

The environment is ttruly wonderful, it makes having my hair done an event to look forward to and not a chore.

Talented, Artistic, Friendly and Attentive. I'd recommend Salon Keriz'ma to anyone who wants to feel special. But do understand that this is not a regular "turn them round quick" place, part of the experience is making the time to enjoy it.

Horrible customer and hair service from April

Horrible and unacceptable customer service from April. She needs to grow up and see a psychiatrist! She has major personality issues! Not only that she is extremely moody, she is very unprofessional and all over the place. Very, very disappointed with this place and service I received. Overpriced too. I had to have my hair redone somewhere else, since April did a bad job.

I love my hair

I was refered to Stephanie by a friend. She always has the cutest hair. I wanted to try someone new because my hairstylist is downtown and it is such a pain to make my appointments. Finally I called her. She was so sweet and got me in that week. I acctually love my hair more than before. I would recomend her anytime. 5 STARS!!! Cute salon too!

Made appt With Mary twice and she did not show up! My time not important at all.

Ok, so how is that you make an appt with someone and they do not show up? This happen twice. I thought after the first time, that maybe it was me. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. I waited and waited and waited and waited. Everyone in this place is too busy smoking outside to care that you are not being waited on. I did not feel like I my time was important at all. I was told that I could reschedule once again. Not going to happen. No one else could do anything to accompany me. I was not satisfied at all. I did not so much get an apolgy out of Mary. She made it seem as if it were my fault and that her time is just too valuable. She is inconsiderate, and unkind. I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. She is supposedly very experienced but from what I saw of this person, she lacks in many areas! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE !!! Prices are very high for a very POOR SERVICE! NOT RECOMENDED.

Im new in town and looked up salons here on city search and found salon Kerizma. I called in and talked to a very friendly girl and told her I was looking for someone that was good at highlights and she referred me to Stephanie. She got me in the next day and she was awesome. She listened to me and gave me ecxatlly what I was looking for. She was great to talk to and she also gave me a lot of ideas on how to enjoy austin. I would refer her anytime. Great haircut too! Thanks city search for my new hairstylist for life!

Mary is the best!!!!!

I have followed Mary through 4 salons. That should tell you how much I think of her hair cuts. Mary and her whole staff are so friendly. I will never go anywhere else as long as Mary has her shop. She is an expert in coloring, has saved me many times from my own bad coloring.

I went to Michelle at Salon Keriz'ma. She was very professional. My hair was amazing. I got the best haircut and color I have ever had. the atmosphere was great and I left feeling like a new person. I dont think I will be going to any other salon any time soon!

Hollywood Hair!!

I have officially fallen in love!! I have found a hair stylist for life, Mr. Nick Rocco!!! Love him, love my hair, love it all. All of the stylists are so awesome. When I leave I feel like a million bucks every time! There really is no comparison to a great blow-out! Oh and he does eyebrows, which are perfect every time as well. Loves it!!! So happy I found him.

It's not JUST a salon

going into Salon Keriz'ma was an experience!! Was more than impressed with the highlights, my cut (which she used a razor on) was amazing and Nik did an amazing blow-out. A salon like no other and I plan on making a permenant switch to.
