I got a great mattress for a great price. The staff was incredible - very friendly, relaxed, and helpful. They even stayed open late for us as we decided! The mattress was delivered the next day and care was taken to make it as convenient as possible for me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a deal on a great mattress!

best price on wonderful matress!

I bought a King Koil memory foam mattress from Charles at beds beds and more, but it was too soft. It was the pillowtop, and I had bounced back and forth between it and the firm before I bought. After sleeping on it for a few days and not being happy, I called Charles to see what where my options. He said I should sleep on it for atleast a week to give my body time to get used to it. So I tried that, but it was still too soft. He exchanged it for the firmer one, without the fluffy pillowtop, which was $400 cheaper than the one I originally bought. He wrote me a check for the difference, and the only thing I had to pay extra was another $20 delivery fee to exchange the 2. This mattress is wonderful, and my back (minor scoliosis) feels better than it ever has ! I suggest memory foam mattresses and beds, beds andmore to all my friends. Oh, and by the way, make sure you get the matching memory foam pillows. Not the weird shaped ones- those will yurt your neck. Get the ones shaped like regular pillows.

• Pros: Great Price. Great Service. Easy to work with.
• Cons: The outside is kind of shabby.

Pretty sweet place, big selection, really good prices.

I went in looking for a bed, but was able to get a couple of nightstands too since the prices were lower than I found in the other places I went. Since this store is right around about a hundred other furniture stores I took most of an exhausting Saturday to poke around and see what I could find. I found a really sweet bed (already had mattress and box spring) and a couple of really good-looking modern nightstands to match it for about what I was finding beds for at other places. I had to order it, but it only took a little over a week to come in and other places were telling me it would be weeks. I really don't want to wait weeks if I don't have to. They delivered it and put it together for me while I made myself some dinner. Hell yeah! So next time I need furniture (I'm thinking about replacing the sofa pretty soon) I'm going back. I definitely recommend these guys. They were nice, they weren't slimy like some of the sales people who tried to help me, and the price was great. (Oh, and they're right across the street from Top Notch where you can get an AWESOME burger. Bonus! Also I walked in and heard Daniel Johnston playing, how cool is that?)

• Cons: they need more parking

Best furniture/mattress place in Austin

Dear Austin,

This is a wonderful place to buy mattresses & furniture. My wife & I have purchased numerous items from these guys over the last 10 years & believe me, you dont last that long around here without great product, great service and great prices.

Our last purchase was a memory foam mattress set and bedroom set to put it in. Charles is always great to work with, & this time he gave us a pretty substantial discount ($200) for buying the mattresses AND the bedroom furniture both from him (we were looking at one other place for the furniture- but even before the discount, the mattress was $300 cheaper than the same mattress at the other places we looked).

One of the night stands had a small scratch (1/2 inch) on the side, that I was really rather retiscent to even say anything about, but my wife wanted me to, so I did. They immediately took care of it free of charge, with no questions asked, and didnt even charge for the delivery guy to come out and exchange the piece (which I would have been willing to pay).

These guys are fun, and I havent found the very original product that they carry anywhere near the same price as I did here. We recommend them to all our friends as one place to definitely visit when shopping for mattresses and furniture.

• Pros: Extremely good customer service, Great quality product, Little store prices best in town.
• Cons: Need a bigger floor to have more variety, but the stuff they have is great.

Worst Buisness in Austin

After looking for a futon at most of the regualr furniture stores in austin, I took a chance on Beds Beds and More. Worst furniture mistake I have ever made. After waiting 3 weeks for the futon to arrive, the delivery truck showed up with the wrong futon. They said they would order the correct one and deliver it when it arrived. 3 weeks later I called to check and was told that it had arrived and set up a delivery appointment. In what would turn out to be a pattern, the deliver guy completely flaked on the appointment. The appointment was set for noon, he called at 3:30 pm to tell me he wasn't going to make it. This cycle continued for three more delivery attempts (set appt, leave work to wait for delivery truck, no show, call 3 hours later). After escalating this to the store manager, I was ensured that it would be delivered the next day, only to find out that they had ordered the wrong futon AGAIN. 3 months later, no futon. Shop online, shop anywhere else, just don't give this crappy company any business.

• Cons: everything else

Shoddy merchandise

The other review here certainly looks like it was written by an employee of Beds, Beds, and More. But here's a review from a real customer:

B, B, & M sold me some very shoddy merchandise--a trundle bed with frames that looked like a floor sample (that is, worn casters and abraded frame) being passed off as new. When I complained, the staff tried to explain it away as "they're all like that." But I had them re-order the supports, the part visible, to try to get properly-finished parts.

They missed every deadline they had set (saying "the piece could come in the next couple of days, but certainly some time this week;" it never did), and although they promised to call me "as soon as it came in," they NEVER did. After missing another deadline, I had to call, when they would say "oh yes, it's here now." (I guess "as soon as it comes in" means something different to B, B, & M than it does in regular English.) It took 6 weeks to finalize my purchase, through two re-orders, and I still had to accept definitely inferior merchandise. They finally wore me down.

Why? They have an "all sales are final" policy. (They'll offer "in-store credit," but that means you're stuck buying what they have.) My mistake: I paid for a bed that wasn't in stock and had to be ordered, so I couldn't inspect it before I paid. What was then delivered to my house was the extremely shoddy bed mentioned above. And there's no way I can get satisfaction, because they've got my money, and I can only get more shoddy junk from them.

My advice: stay way away from Beds, Beds, and More. If you don't you could seriously regret it.

Great prices, great customer service.

Don't be fooled by the small size of Beds, Beds and More. This is a great place, with great prices,& friendly knowledgeable service. Even though the selection on site is relatively small compared to the mega stores, there are a multitude of catelogs with additional furniture choices, and the owners are usually on site giving great service and advice. Over the past 6 years I have bought a futon bunk bed, 2 futons, a queen bed, a bed frame, and bean bags among other things. I don't even bother to look at other places for bed related items as I know I will be getting quality at bargain prices here. No downsides, no bad experiences. Give them a try and I know you won't be disappointed - I never have been.
