Your crew did a great job! They were on-time, very efficient, and thorough. The carpet looked brand-new when they were finished. I was extremely concerned about the pet urine smell and how well it would come out. Your crew told me several times they were only treating the carpet and not the padding. So I understood it may not eliminate the smell entirely. However, when we entered the house today, 4 days after the cleaning, the smell was nearly undetectable. The family moving in did not smell any pet odors! What a relief!! Your prices were much less than Blackmon Mooring and Stanley Steemer. Yet the quality of the job was top-notch! We will recommend and use your company again in the future! Another happy Customer!!
