These guys are excellent! They helped me out with my car's A/C problem by tell me exactly what was wrong with it and by installing a refurbished A/C compressor that I brought to them. When I dropped the car off for repair, they offered me a free ride to work and a pick up ride from work after the car was completed. Can't beat that! I'm very please with the repair quote that I got since you cannot compare it with the quote that the VW dealership gave me. Also, the office staff is very knowledgeable and honest.
Pros: Knowledgeable, courteous and a very clean place
Cons: None!

Wow, I will admit that working on a VW is usually a specialty project. I'm glad that we were able to fix yours to your satisfaction, that gives me confidence that VWs are also just made of metal, ruber, oil and plastic, just like every other car :)
